Welcome to your home base for adventuring in the Gorge - fields of spring wildflowers, hike waterfalls, bike scenic trails, kiteboard, paddle, pick fruit, or explore local wineries and breweries. Unwind in comfort in this cozy 3-bedroom home featuring plush beds, a well-equipped kitchen, and a relaxing patio with filtered river views. Walk 5 minutes to the sandbar for wind sports or grab coffee and wine at Confluence/Domaine Pouillon. A short drive gets you to White Salmon or Hood River.

Bedroom 1: King memory foam bed
Bedroom 2: Queen hybrid bed, with direct access to an uninsulated sunroom featuring a twin daybed and twin trundle—great for kids or extra guests (note: the sunroom can get chilly in winter or warm in summer).

The spacious and fully equipped kitchen includes:

* 4-burner stove and oven
* Full-size fridge/freezer
* Blender, toaster, drip coffee maker, hot water boiler, French press
* Pots, pans, utensils, and essentials for cooking up your favorite meals

* Comfortable living room with a large TV (please note: no TVs in the bedrooms)
* Dedicated office space in the upstairs loft with sloped ceilings (~5'6" max height), a window A/C unit, and a cadet wall heater—ideal for remote work or study

Main floor bathroom: Features a classic clawfoot tub with built-in shower
Basement bathroom: Small but functional, with a compact bonus shower

* Please note: there are stairs leading down to the front door, so it may not be ideal for guests with mobility concerns. Alternatively you can access the front door through the grass/front lawn. Well behaved dogs welcome.
