WELCOME TO THE EPIC MNT HOME! Ogden Valley is a beautiful mountain valley bisected by the Ogden River, in the mountains east of Ogden City. The rural communities of Eden and Huntsville are located here. With the Great Salt Lake to the west and 10,000-foot peaks to the east, your resort at Wolf Creek offers four seasons of superb recreation and scenery.
For the vacation of a lifetime, simply strap on your skis and glide down local favorite, Powder Mountain, or drive 17 miles to Snowbasin (site of the 2002 Winter Olympics) for some extreme snowboarding. The Wasatch Mountains are also great for snowshoeing, tubing or cross-country skiing. In the summer, the snow retreats and the mountains become home to every mountain sport imaginable—from mountain biking to river kayaking. And don’t forget the lively shopping, art galleries and performing arts in nearby Ogden. Savor the sights or simply answer the call of the wild at Wolf Creek.

Winter or summer, Wolf Creek Resort simply can't be beat! About a 15 minute drive from the house, enjoy world class skiing at Snowbasin in winter and in summer amazing trails for hiking and mountain biking (rentals available), FREE outdoor festivals and concerts. Or take the short shuttle ride up to Powder Mountain. No man made snow here! EDEN has great access to a wide variety of activities for the outdoor enthusiast. Welcome to our playground…….make it yours as well. There are over 170,000 acres of National Forest land, three ski resorts, over 210 miles of trails for hiking and mountain biking and 13,000 acres of lakes connected by pristine rivers for paddle-sports and fishing..
Summer Recreation

Summer in EDEN, Utah offers hundreds of miles of maintained trails perfect for exploring on foot or by bike. Rivers and reservoirs beckon with excellent fishing for beginners and experienced anglers alike. The Ogden River has been recognized as one of the only urban Blue Ribbon Fisheries. Boating, swimming or water-skiing on glassy waters is an ideal way to spend the day. Perfectly groomed greens beg for under par strokes. Ogden Canyon offers climbing challenges just minutes from downtown. However you want to spend your summertime, Ogden offers a fantastic range of recreational warm weather attractions.
