Why they chose this property
This house was my husband‘s great grandfather‘s house and we’ve been able to keep it in our family for 5 generations (our children will be the 5th generation!). It’s approximately 100 years old and is part of the historic district of Mena. We’ve managed to make modern updates while keeping the 100 year old charm.

Built in the early 1900s and fully updated, it offers a clean, peaceful space to relax after a day of exploring. Located on a quiet corner just two blocks from historic Janssen Park, you can walk to downtown shops, local dining, and the park’s famous Christmas lights each December. The location also provides easy access to Talimena Scenic Drive, Wolf Pen Gap trails, and Queen Wilhelmina State Park. Inside, you’ll find a bright open layout, comfortable beds, a stocked coffee bar, and fast Wi-Fi. Guests love how spotless and welcoming the home feels.
