Experience SF charm with a touch of Parisian flair! Our freshly renovated 1908 Edwardian home in Upper Nob Hill seamlessly blends classic city elegance with cozy, French-inspired style. Walk to Polk & Hyde, Chinatown, North Beach, and more. Unwind in memory foam beds with bamboo sheets, stream your favorite shows on Netflix, and enjoy fast Wi-Fi and convenient parking nearby. Our lovely two-story Edwardian building was built 115 years ago, a year after the great San Francisco earthquake and fire. Over the years, we have carefully preserved its many architectural charms.
You will occupy the roomy primary suite in our second-floor unit, which has a king-sized bed and a dedicated bath and toilet. There's a memory foam mattress and pillows, bamboo sheets, plush carpets, oversized decorative mirrors, and ample closet space.
Our home's bright, airy living room has large bay picture windows, eclectic decor, a big-screen TV, and a Bose soundbar. You are welcome to use the gourmet open-plan kitchen with a professional Thermador gas range, upscale cooking appliances, an island with stools, a TV, and a dining table that seats eight in a spacious library/game room setting. There's also a dishwasher, washer/dryer, and fridge.
We have central AC for whatever San Francisco's mercurial weather throws at us. While our artfully decorated, Paris-inspired bohemian space is not entirely toddler-proof, we have a bassinet and high chair as needed.
We are just three short blocks from Trader Joe's, CVS Pharmacy, and scores of bars and restaurants. Parking is available nearby.
Please note:
While renting our primary bedroom suite with a dedicated bathroom, you will have access to the rest of our home at no additional charge, including the half bath, living room, second bedroom, game room, kitchen, and more.
You may occasionally see us watering plants or doing maintenance. For security and regulations, the city requires us to be on the premises overnight. A third, separate bedroom (not pictured) is always kept private for our exclusive use. However, your privacy is of utmost importance to us. We will keep any interactions to a minimum and at your convenience.
