Well maintained, clean, airy home, new Hunter and / or new fans with remote control, 3 refrigerators, all sidewalk. Street with very little movement, however, only 2 blocks from Avenida 29 de Abril, main street of downtown with shops, bars and restaurants and 5 blocks from the sea, on the central beach.
