Mary's Place -A waterfront home on Lake Marion
This waterfront property is perfect for a weekend fishing trip or a peaceful retreat. If you like to fish this is the perfect spot where you can fish from the dock or jump in the boat and find the spot on Lake Marion. The boat landing is about 5 min away so put the boat in the water and tie it up here. If you're not a fishermen, there is a private beach to lounge by or if you'd rather be inside watch the lake activities from our sunroom or living room. Golfers can enjoy this retreat as well, since the Wyboo Golf Club is just minutes away.

We are a family of 5. My husband and I have 3 daughters. They grew up going to visit our Aunt Mary in this home. We have lots of fun memories here and I know our guests will create many of their own.
Why they chose this property
This home was my Aunt Mary's home and we loved visiting her. She was so awesome. She was known as "the nice lady" to people in town. Thus the name "Mary's Place". As our guests stay I'm sure they will love the location and the peacefulness as much as we do.
What makes this property unique
There's a dock and a spot in our cove to tie up your boat. Also, a large yard with a private beach.
