This fully modernised character property is across 3 floors and is centrally-located. Within a 10 minute walk you will find yourself in Brixham Harbour, with a great selection of cafes, pubs and restaurants as well as many family friendly days out close by. Beaches & costal walks are also within walking distance of the cottage.

Bed set-up is as follows: -
Main bedroom on first floor has 1 double bed with lovely sea views.
Attic bedroom on second floor has 1 double bed and 1 single bed.
Stairs to the attic bedroom have the original half spiral staircase which are steeper than a normal staircase.
