3br2ba on serene peaceful no-wake Lake Bragonier. Peaceful location with empty lot next door. Our max is 4 adults and 4 children. Dog friendly up to 3 dogs $40 per dog per night . The master bedroom has queen bed with en-suite bathroom with shower and tub . 2nd bedroom has two queen beds. 3rd bedroom has two full beds. 2nd bathroom off kitchen has washer/ dryer and shower. Well appointed Kitchen includes coffee maker/filters, French press, grinder, griddle, air fryer, microwave, toaster,kitchen aid mixer, blender, bakeware, service for 12, china, glassware and more. Dishwasher and washer and dryer includes soaps. The bathrooms are stocked with all basic essentials. Air conditioner in each room and main gathering area. A gas fireplace in main area for ambiance. You will find kids games books puzzles and crafts in kids closet. Many family games in three season porch and separate dining/game table. In the garage is charcoal and Weber grill, gas grill with propane, kids toys, inflatables, ping pong table, cornhole and outdoor games. Outdoor is patio table/chairs. 4 relaxer chairs. Lake shed has battery charger, fishing poles, inflatables, PFDs,bag chairs. There is a fire pit by the lake with 6 chairs and fire pit in the yard with chairs.
