The number one thing that I absolutely appreciated was the cleanliness and no harsh smells. I suffer from migraines and a lot of places will use plug in air fresheners that make my head hurt and there was no need for them to be used there. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Great restaurants within walking distance. Absolutely loved it and would definitely stay there again and I don't say that often.

The property worked well for my wife and I along with my sister who stayed over a couple days after spending Labor Day with our extended family. Clean, beautiful view, and a great location to do anything in Pensacola Beach. It was an added bonus to have access to the beach stuff in the storage locker which helped us as we needed an extra beach chair.

This condo was perfect. It's right in the middle of everything, with a very affordable price. The only caveat was figuring out how to get in the first time, but I got instant responses from Nick AND the onsite manager was phenomenal help. I was by myself on this trip, but I will be checking to see if this condo is available next time I come with my family. Solid home base for a week. Roll Tide.

THE LOCATION WAS VERYGOOD, THE CONDO WAS BEAUTIFUL, BUT THE CONDITIONS WERE NOT SO GOOD. THE OWNER CAME TO TRY AND TAKE CARE OF A FEW THINGS, BUT THE UNIT SMELLED LIKE A NURSING HOME AND THE FURNITURE IS VERY SOILED AND SOFA SINKS WAY DOWN, HURTS YOUR BACK. AND WE HAD TO CALL TO ASK FOR TOILET PAPER.

Location the best. The apartment is beautiful but the owners don’t know that whoever cleans it , is not cleaning. Towels were dirty , bed liners were dirty. Hair on the pillows from previous tenants. I cleaned the whole apartment and covers and towels . After all was cleaned we had a wonderful new years with family. Checking is a bit complicated but neighbors are wonderful.

Beautiful property in a great location. The unit was immaculate and had everything we could possibly want. The only negative thing was the difficulty in getting the gate to the parking lot open. The gate entry keypad was angled such that it was very difficult to enter the code or use the key fob without getting out of the vehicle.

Owner should reconsider cleaning co. Dirty all over, looks like counters, bath and floors only thing wiped cleaned. Last quests dirty linens bags stuffed in closet in bedroom, someone’s last bottle of soap in tub, old ballon’s behind furniture , food under couch cushions, and on and on.

I want to point out that this guest never raised any of these issues during their stay. If there was an issue with it, then we would have been happy to send the cleaning people back on site. The previous reviews all state the condo is kept in immaculate and this property has always been a five start unit.
