This is the first floor unit of a duplex and features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with gorgeous pine floors, a queen size pullout couch, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, lots of natural light and a balcony for watching the sunset. There is private parking for 1-2 vehicles.
