Golf retreat on the 17th Fairway at prestigious Pauma Valley Country Club
Live the good life in the exclusive Pauma Valley Country Club in this charming, fully-furnished two bedroom home. This is an open floor plan of just over 2,000 square feet with large sliding glass doors accessing a large patio and the 17th fairway. The spacious primary bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite bathroom and opens to a private outdoor patio. The guest room features a queen size bed and attached bathroom as well as a private patio. Enjoy the additional space of a family room with a couch/futon and large screen television Experience the serenity and beauty of the Pauma Valley Country Club and Golf Course at your doorstep. A welcoming community pool is a two minute walk from the house. Feel totally safe in this gated community, with 24 hour patrol and gate security.
Booking is for a minimum of 90 days and is well suited for snowbirds. When booking, be sure to enter a minimum of 90 days, otherwise the VRBO site will not show any availability.
NOTE: Access to the Robert Trent Jones designed gold course is negotiated separately with PVCC.
Also, a small dog would be considered with owner approval and pet deposit.
