You have access to everything in the house and no indoor spaces are shared. The only amenity that is shared is the community fire pit. You will have up to two parking spaces, Max. Any additional cars must be parked at Cranmore Mountain and then you can walk back to the house.

A maximum of two (2) vehicles is allowed at all times at the property. Any additional vehicles may be parked at Cranmore Mountain in the community parking lot.

Our rules are pretty simple. Treat our home as if it was yours.
- Guest making the reservation must be over 25. All guests must be over 25 if not part of a family. This is non negotiable. Please do not book if everyone in your group is not 25+ years old.
- No smoking in the house
- The number of guests requested on the booking is the max amount allowed to spend the night.
- A rental agreement may be provided with more specific rules and information.
- Quiet time is from 9pm-8am (inside and outside of the house)
- NO loud music or noise will be tolerated
- Respect the neighbors
