Enjoy this gorgeous and stylish home with mountain views located in the Northeast Heights. This home is close to hiking/biking and running trails, as well as shopping, restaurants and entertainment. The property is only 20 minutes from the Petroglyph National Monument and the Albuquerque Airport. Onsite two to four car parking, washer and dryer, and fully loaded coffee/tea bar. Walking distance to Starbucks, sprouts, a bakery, and several restaurants.

This is a family neighborhood, and the townhouse is connected to two other homes. Large gatherings, loud noise, or parties are not allowed. If police are called due to noise disturbances, there will be a

3. **DO NOT MOVE FURNITURE **
Moving furniture into different rooms will result in a minimum $50 fine. Additional fine if walls are damaged.
4. **GENERAL RESPECT**
