Fully stocked kitchen, MINI FRIDGE, full sozed refrigerator/washer/dryer/dishwasher/air fryer. The complex has 2 Olympic sized pools, one which is heated year-round, a hot tub, billiard room and exquisite gym. At the Sandbar, you can utilize a mobile app to order food and drinks to make your beach day or evening even more enjoyable!

Why they chose this property
We love the white sand beaches and turquoise waters of the panhandle of Florida. We have owned the property for over 15 years and have made wonderful family memories. We love the AMAZING balcony views, quick access to the beach, the pools, fabulous restaurants and all the activities PCB offers.
What makes this property unique
Our property has the amenities of home. Your vacation includes 2 beach chairs and an umbrella (March/October) Obtain these from the beach attendant and they will set it up for you each day of your vacation. You will find extra chairs in the closets of the bedrooms. We enjoy eating-in so the kitchen has multiple pots/pans/baking dishes/plates/glasses/silverware. We have a MINI fridge to hold beverages so you will have ample room for food in the refrigerator. For coffee lovers we have a drip coffee maker and a Keurig. Enjoy using the countertop air fryer toaster oven combo in addition to a standard sized stove with glass top. When you are ready to veg out and watch TV, there is a wall mounted TV in each bedroom and a large wall mounted TV in the family room for your viewing pleasure. On the balcony we have high top chairs so you can easily see the breathtaking views.
