Prior to the trip I sent a message requesting information on parking and beach chairs. I received an AI response saying they didn’t know the answer, but would find out. I never received a response. Upon arrival we were met with a 40 fee and beach chairs were not included that was an additional 240. It took us an hour and 15 mins to get into the condo. The call center I spoke to could not get the property manager on the phone. If you plan to cook like we do bring your own pans. The condo was not cleaned thoroughly and there was still sand on the dinner table, coffee table, and something on the bathroom wall that I cleaned off so we didn’t have to look at it. The showers are terrible. The elevators (3) took anywhere from 5-25 mins to get on to go up or down at any given time. The view was beautiful and the resort over all wasn’t terrible. The staff were all very nice and helpful. There are two pools, but not enough chairs to accommodate, but there never is anywhere we’ve been. This is the most expensive trip we have taken as a family of 4 and the most disappointing so far.
