Before I purchased I searched high and low for the perfect place to call home.
I love this Mediterranean House as it is almost brand new,
I love the Mediterranean Open Concept Design.
And of course I love the Location Location Location -- close to everything!

The colors, the designer touches, the furnishings are all inviting and tranquil.
It is the perfect place to call your home away from home.
The location allows me to live close to the beach, yet be close enough to drive to the many offerings in Los Angeles and Orange County, Disneyland/California Adventure, Knott's Berry Farm, Universal Studios, Staples Center, Dodger Stadium, Downtown Los Angeles, Venice, Santa Monica, Hollywood, Long Beach Aquarium, Los Angeles Zoo, and the Getty Center just to name a few.
