The place is very nice, plenty of room and clean. The host does an excellent job communicating.Things like soap in the bathroom, hand wash and dish soap in the kitchen, paper towels, a lot of small stuff that makes a big difference. It’s a good value for that area and what you get.Thank you, Kelly

This little cottage is perfect for a couple. It has a nice floor plan with lots of natural light in a clean, modern space. The large bedroom has plenty of dresser drawers & clothes hanging space. Most importantly, the bed mattress was very comfortable! The neighborhood is quiet and safe. One Friday night, we even walked over to nearby high school to watch a football game. The private yard is completely fenced in and nicely landscaped. It was nice to sit out there in the Adirondack chairs by the fire pit to read quietly. Hosts provided clear, welcoming information. We reported a minor problem while there and repairs were made right away. We would definitely stay here again!

Cottage was perfect with lots of natural light and clean lines. It’s in a safe and convenient location with easy access to downtown and about 10-12 miles from Anna Maria Island. The bed was super comfortable as well! Communication with the host was excellent.
