Located downtown North Hill Pensacola, North Hill offers a tranquil, suburban feel while being just minutes from downtown Pensacola's dining, shopping, and entertainment. Modern amenities paired with its historic preservation, this house includes spacious rooms for family gatherings, beautiful pool in the backyard for entertaining in between trips to the beach only 10 min drive away and a comfortable walk to downtown entertainment. We also offer a grill, sun loungers, outdoor dining with umbrella, and plenty of pool toys for a relaxing day around the house.
Four of the 5 bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor. The 3rd floor has two full size beds, futon, board games and a full bath. Each room has its own distinct style and ambience.
