2 BEDROOM/2 BATH FIRST FLOOR, CORNER UNIT, CONDO. SLEEPS 4. Private one car garage with automatic opener and propane BBQ for your private use.

All Bookings are a minimum rental period of 1 month (condo assn. rules). DECEMBER THROUGH APRIL . . . 2 MONTH MINIMUM.

No detail has been forgotten in our "home away from home". It is a fully equipped, luxurious condo ready for relaxation and entertaining.
Just outside the sliding doors of the Florida room are tranquil lake views. Outdoor seating.

50" LCD Flatscreen TV in living room. Each Bedroom has TV also. Kitchen with seating. WIFI, cable and electricity.



Venice is ideally located just South of Sarasota and North of Fort Myers. Fabulous beaches, restaurants and shopping. Venice Island only a 10 minute drive.

You will find fantastic Venice Beach within 10 minutes of our home. There are many eating establishments to choose from which include; reputable chains, friendly personalized “hotspots” and high end establishments all in close proximity.
Venice is filled with quaint old world charm – the Historical Island of Venice is about a 10 minute drive and has a terrific feel filled with shops, restaurants, and much more. Grab a burger at TJ Carney’s or take in a show at the Venice Playhouse OR Venice Center for the Performing arts.
On the mainland you can find nearly every big box retailer or choose from a variety of malls all within a short drive including St. Armand’s Circle, a unique area which has beautiful boutiques and restaurants – great for a special day/night out in Sarasota.
Beaches galore, Venice has many great beaches and you are a short drive to top 10 beaches like Siesta Key (voted #1 beach in USA 2 years in a row) and more. The Drum Circle is lots of fun every Sunday just before sundown.
For the baseball fans; this is a home run... More than 9 major league spring training camps within one hour or less. Come watch the pros in the relaxed setting of a neighborhood park.
Sarasota – is the “city” of the Central Southwest. It has many art and cultural centers. There is a catalog of local events and activities at the house to get you started.
Lastly; Tampa, Orlando and Naples are all less than a 2 hour drive with all the amusement parks, casinos and shopping you could visit in a decade.

Venice get away!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the cozy condo! The condo was clean, comfortable, and well equipped with what you might need for your stay. It was very helpful that when we got there it had paper towels, toilet paper,and essential items supplied until we could get a chance to go shopping. The owner Joyce was wonderful with her communication and was prompt to answer any questions that we had.

Very comfortable ground floor apartment.

From the outset, communications with the owners were very prompt, helpful and informative. The 2-bedroom, 2-bath ground floor apartment is tastefully and comfortably furnished. The convenience of an enclosed & handy garage is a real plus. The property is well equipped for someone who prefers to eat at home. The owners kindly provided a nice bicycle for the stay and were good at following up to ensure that all was OK in the abode. It is located in the well-maintained, prime community of The Plantation, that is not far from charming downtown Venice and numerous beaches. Access to major routes is excellent. We would not hesitate to recommend the unit to others.

Everything we wanted or needed was provided. And our stay was unusual because it was March 2020 and the Corona Virus was keeping us very close to home. I would love to return and enjoy more of their lovely area of Venice, Fl.

I found the owners to be very helpful and responsive. The condo was very clean and well stocked with supplies , even herbs and spices. The neighborhood was pretty and friendly with 2 pools at our disposal. I would not hesitate to rent this unit again.

Great Venice condo

We spent a month in this condo and enjoyed every minute. It is stocked with everything you could want and then some! Well kept grounds and very friendly neighbours. The pool is a bit of a hike to get to but is a great way to end the day. The owners were very accommodating and easy to deal with.

We live between Niagara Falls and Toronto on Lake Ontario in a small town called Stoney Creek. We have 4 wonderful children and 6 amazing grandchildren (all over 15 years old)! We are now both retired - I was formerly a Special Education Teacher and my husband, Mike, was in Retail Management. We have always kept ourselves busy with Property ownership and management also. My husband and I chose Venice, Florida as our 2nd home because people are helpful and kind, it is safe and the food and beaches are out of this world! We have made some wonderful friendships.

Its in a gated community, ground floor and updated. We fell in love with it as soon as we stepped foot in the condo. It's cozy, yet contemporary and located close to everything! Plantation Golf and Country Club is welcoming and the amenities are fabulous! Need seasonal membership to access Plantation clubhouse and golfing.
