Mountain Thunder Lodge features classic mountain luxury, in a rustic mountain

setting. Whether you're planning a Colorado family ski vacation or a weekend

group ski trip with friends, Mountain Thunder Lodge is the complete Colorado

ski destination.



Mountain Thunder Lodge is beautifully decorated with an elegant but rustic

feel. The main floor grand lobby is a sitting area that features log accents,

slate floors, plush furniture, and a fireplace. These rustic motifs are

featured in each of Lodge's rooms and townhomes. Enjoy countless comforting

amenities like outdoor grills, two fitness rooms , laundry facilities, private

ski storage and more. Just two blocks to scenic Main Street, easily access by

foot unlimited shopping, restaurants, galleries, museums, ski/board/bike

rentals, and many other unique shops.



The lodge is also a short walk to the BreckConnect Gondola and offers guest's

convenient ski-in access via the Skyway Skiway. The Gondola takes you to Peaks

7 and 8, where you can catch the other lifts, sign up for lessons, enjoy the

half pipe and terrain park and access all of Breck. Or, simply take a load off

in your luxury condo or townhome.

Great location. Town home was clean and had the basics well provided. Some of the furnishings are a little worn but over a great place to stay.

We’ve stayed at Mountain Thunder Lodge twice in 2021; once in July (in a 1-bedroom apartment) for work and once in November (in a 2-bedroom townhouse) for vacation. This beautiful property is conveniently located, and is clearly designed and operated with the guest in mind. The kitchen is fully equipped and the furniture is in perfect condition. The front-desk staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely be back!

Mountain Thunder - Breck Condo

Great property in an awesome location, everything in town is walkable. Only negative is proximity to street behind the property makes it a little noisy when sitting on the porch. But otherwise a very clean property, great for little kids as we could open the back door and let them go explore. Also enjoyed the pool and multiple hot tubs.

Pros - Friendly staff - Location - Clean - Big garage - Trails off back porch Cons - Chintzy on supplies ( should have to ask for more trash bags, coffee…. on a week stay) - You can hear the people in the apartment above you very clearly. We would/will rent again.
