This stylish place to stay is perfect for work or fun! It is private and in a good neighborhood in the Garden District of Monroe. It is centrally located for Monroe area and West Monroe area! Lots of surrounding restaurants available. Genusa’s Italian Resturant is walking distance. A 5 * resturant! Cormier’s Cajun resturant, in season, has the best crawfish in town ( 4 houses down ). Also a Neighborhood Walmart and Brookshires Grocery 2 minutes away for your convenience.

Very clean and had everything that was needed for a weekend. Host left small things throughout the unit that were thoughtful and appreciated. The binder provided instructions for all needs with recommendations for dining and things to do.

Tv had connectivity issues the whole time and we had to keep restarting it, so we eventually just gave up. Bring a large iPad or tablet if you need to stream something. Other than that. It was great’ very clean and cozy.

( formally NLU ) and have been married for 42 years. I love being around my family and grandchild. I am retired from being in the interior design business. I love to work out to keep fit and enjoy cooking and baking! I love to read and especially reading the Word of God.

Why they chose this property

It’s in a great neighborhood because it is the Garden District in Monroe. Centrally located in Monroe and West Monroe. Close to many great restaurants and more. The houses surround are well kept and safe to walk in. It has many trees and close to the river levee( for great walking). It is also close to a tennis park & a golf course. Easy easy to get to grocery stores, Walgreens & Starbucks. It is only a 2-5 minute drive to all three. Also a shopping strip with a women’s store and children’s store, also a Hallmark, party supply and two restaurants.

What makes this property unique

It’s all newly decorated and it is private most of all. Two car driveway. Private large back yard! Very peaceful and quiet. We offer many complimentary items for an easy stay…..besides being the cutest cottage ever!
