Downtown Chatham Gem was perfect for our girls getaway weekend. Parked the cars and walked everywhere. The house was clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. Loved everything about it and we will definitely be back.

Great Location

Walk to all the shops and beaches. Quiet neighborhood, yet still in the heart of a beautiful Cape Cod home. Large table on a pretty porch that sits 12 people comfortably. Nice back yard. Very clean. Bill, the owner, was very responsive. You will enjoy your stay here!!

Great trip!

We spent a weekend at this home with 3 generations to celebrate a milestone birthday. The flexibility of 2 family/living rooms, extra space in the dining area, and the yard gave us plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen had everything we needed to prep and cook. The proximity to downtown was extremely convenient to stroll around town and walk to Oyster Pond as well.

Plenty of room and close to everything

Our stay in Chatham was great. The house has plenty of room for the whole family and a great kitchen. restaurants and shops are literal steps away from your front door and lighthouse beach and oyster pond are within walking distance as well (or take the shuttle from downtown). Really enjoyed all of the games, beach chairs, beach toys, etc., that were provided. Great family house

Great stay in Chatham!

We had such a great location, and the owner was so helpful. He checked in on us several times during our stay, and when we had a question, it was answered immediately. The house accommodated our group of 6 perfectly, and there were 2 other bedrooms we could have used for more. Every amenity was provided. We would definitely stay here again!

This property was exactly as advertised. Perfect for a family of 7 (but definitely can fit 3 more comfortably). Very spacious and wonderfully decorated. The kitchen was well-equipped for those that enjoy cooking. Big yard for the idos to play. Super close to the beach and centrally located (right off of Main St.) to all the shops and restaurants. Perfect for morning runs (5-10 miles). Bill, the host, was very attentive and accommodating. Would absolutely rent this house again for a family gathering.

We had a family wedding in Chatham and stayed in the house with 10 people. It was very well situated, right in the middle of town. The decor is very bright and fun. It has a new kitchen and great laundry facility. The backyard is great for hanging out. We'd stay here again.

Great modern house in a prime location on Main Street

This house is perfect. It has plenty of room to accommodate a large family or group of friends. The kitchen is modern and well equipped. There is a very large dining room table in a sunny patio. The backyard is beautiful and private with a large picnic table and grill. The location is amazing because it’s right off of the very charming Main Street in Chatham. Everything is walkable. All of the furnishings are new and very comfortable beds. The interior was obviously designed by someone with great taste and an eye for colorful aesthetics. Bill was a very accommodating host and very responsive. We will certainly be reaching out to stay here again.

This lovely home in Chatham was a perfect getaway for our family. The house is in an amazing location- right off of Main Street in downtown Chatham. Beautifully appointed- it had everything we needed to feel right at home. The house is charming, with a true Cape Cod feel, a lovely light-filled sun room and a great kitchen with every amenity you could need. Bill was a great host and provided excellent recommendations ideas for the area. Once you’ve settled in to the house- there’s no need to drive- the baseball games, shopping, local restaurants and more are all within walking distance. We loved Ridgevale beach and bringing home fresh swordfish from the pier. We are hoping to return to this special spot!
