Beautifully furnished, tastefully decorated, and fully stocked 4 BR/ 2 bath waterfront Villa with heated pool. Close to shopping, dining, and entertainment. Southern Exposure. Kayaks and fishing poles. Sleeps 8. Owners allow 1 non shedding dog up to 40 lbs.

Enjoy some relaxing days in our wonderful Villa Sunshine Escape. The warm light, the view over the pool, and the tastefully picked furniture and decoration put you in vacation mode as soon as you enter this beautiful home. The awesome huge patio with its multiple dining and sitting areas, the lounge chairs, the great BBQ, and of course the stunning pool, invites you to spend most of your days outside, enjoying the sun, life and your friends and family.

Relish your morning coffees poolside, take in our Florida rays, take the kayaks out for a spin through our milelong canals, relax in the heated pool, or just enjoy reading a book or listen to some music. It can’t get much better than this.

The dream kitchen is fully upgraded with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and all the necessities you need to cook your favorite dishes. The open floorplan allows you to enjoy your company while preparing your meals or drinks.

And let’s not forget the coffee bar for our coffee lovers. Offering a Keurig coffee maker as well as a drip coffee maker.

The luxurious master suite has everything you need and more. It offers a king size bed and a big walk-in closet, a flat screen TV and a direct access to the lanai. In the attached spacious master bedroom, you will find a great walk-in shower, 2 sinks, and a make-up station.

One guest bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed, the other one has a great twin-over-full bunk bed with an additional trundle bed on the bottom.

The third bedroom has a queen-size pull-out bed as well as a desk. It can be used as an office or as a bedroom.

Please note: The owners allow 1 non-shed dog up to 40 lbs. – No cats – The dog needs to be pre-approved and a pet fee of $150 applies

Villa Sunshine Escape is located in the center of beautiful SW Cape Coral. A Publix grocery store, a Walmart, multiple great restaurants and bars, a Target, a CVS, a Walgreens, a weekly farmers market, a bowling alley, a movie theatre, and multiple beautiful parks and marinas are just a few minutes away by car.

Our Favorite Escape

We rented Sunshine Escape for 6 weeks and we were both surprised and delighted. It’s obvious the owners took great pains to decorate this beautiful home to make everyone feel right at home. The house was tastefully decorated and comfortable. The bedrooms had very nice linens and comfortable beds. Closet space and dresser space was more than adequate. The bathrooms were up to date and furnished with nice fluffy towels. The master bathroom was extremely comfortable with the dual vanities. The oversized shower was wonderful. The kitchen had every kind of cooking utensil you could ask for, amazing cookware, dishes and glasses both indoor and outdoor appropriate. There even is a slow cooker provided. The coffee area is convenient and well stocked. Appliances are new and well maintained. Cupboard space and pantry are more than adequate for all your groceries. The laundry room is conveniently located off the kitchen equipped with a new washer and dryer and a robotic floor cleaner. The enclosed pool and lanai are wonderful for relaxing. A big plus is that the house is on a canal that has a dead end which keeps traffic down. The view directly across the canal is a natural area with lots of birds visiting regularly. The pool is awesome and routinely leaned and checked. It’s heated to a very comfortable temperature and floating on the provided floats was great! We were able to enjoy watching tv on the lanai. We had a few things that needed attention when we arrived and Charlie, the site manager, took care of contacting Jurgen, the handy man who took care of everything asap. Jurgen even came each week to put out the trash cans for pick up the next day!! We were a little hesitant about the location before we got to the house, having rented in a different area before. It turned out to be the perfect location. There’s a Publix just around the corner along with a Target. We even joined the car wash program at the end of the street. We’ll be back again next year. It’s a great place to be.
