The home was completely redone and appliances were great. But….first and foremost there were no smoke or carbon monoxide detectors. Connected with owner dropped shipped arrived two days later. No safety rails in either bathroom. Furniture was poor quality and vary sparse, no lamps, no dressers, black mold in big bedroom closet, cockroach in the kitchen. Kitchen table bench was damaged. Mop used to clean floor needs to be replaced. A house book with details about staying there, WiFi, local attractions. etc. Upgrade the towels as many of them had stains. no local tv stations.
