I did not get to stay in this home due to a plumbing issue that happened just before our trip but I appreciate the communication from the property manager. Instead of having us stay in a mess he let us know and canceled and we reached out to VRBO who helped us find another location.

Not overly impressed with the furniture ( broken couch) and the other couch blocking the way out to patio. The king bed upstairs was uncomfortable to sleep on. The proximity to our sons house was really nice, that is the positive.

So sorry to hear about the issue with the couch I was not aware of any damage. If you had made us aware during your stay we could have tried to address it. All the furniture is brand new and the extra love seat was there for a prior group that needed more seating. If you had communicated to us an issue we can always move furniture around similar to what we did for the prior guest. The homes are all new construction in 2025 and all furniture is brand new

So I think you get what you pay for. Excellent rate. Nice new construction. Stay was overall satisfactory and I might consider it again. Property manager addressed our concerns timely. Some mentions for our experience:Internet isn’t great - even with resetting router as suggested the satellite wifi is not reliable. But we only really needed it when we were unwinding late at night and it wouldn’t be a dealbreaker just an annoying inconvenience. The property is new construction and had all the essentials and completely served its purpose but in an underserved neighborhood - we had some loud neighbors that woke us up at midnight one night, just feel like the community/neighborhood could have been advertised better. For two days the neighbor behind us burned rubber tires. But again, we were tourists of Charleston and really only stayed in the house between 8pm-9am. It is what it is! We made out fine.
