It´s the place to enjoy with family or Friends, inside the house you will find 6 double bedrooms and 1 cuadruple bedroom, 1 big pool and 1 small pool (perfect for the kids) both with solar heating, terrace and kitchen semi- equipped, huge green áreas, WIFI, and parking lot, fireplace área and a panoramic terrace in the top.

Quinta Laura it´s located at Fraccionamiento Buenavista in the municipality of Ixtlahuacan de los Membrillos. We are only 40 minutes away from Guadajara, and just 15 minutes from Guadalajara International Airport, also very close to different touristic destinations like Chapala Lake, Ajijic Lake, Jocotepec, Tonala, Tlaquepaque, Tequila and Puerto Vallarta.

We are in a privileged location, we have different touristic destinations in a very short distance, such as:

Guadalajara City.- The capital of Jalisco, full of interesting places and restaurants to visit. Just 40 minutes

Chapala Lake.- It´s Mexico's largest freshwater lake. Just 20 minutes.

Ajijic Town.-Is a town about 3 miles from Chapala, situated on the north shore of Lake Chapala, surrounded by mountains. JUST 25 MINUTES.

Tonala.- Tonalá is another "town of artists" and is famous for its magnificent silver and gold crafts, hand painted pottery, paper mache, clay figurines and sculptures, metal handicrafts and so much more. JUST 40 MINUTES
Tlaquepaque.- San Pedro Tlaquepaque is one of Mexico’s premier travel destinations because it's a major center for decorative arts and crafts. Many travelers find the warmth and charm of the residents reason enough to visit Tlaquepaque JUST 35 MINUTES.
Tequila-. The volcano of Tequila extends its arms to embrace this colorful "Magical Town".Its old ranches and distilleries produce the famous and emblematic distilled beverage of Tequila, which is much more than just a spirit, it is an entire culture full of history from its tequila ranche.
