Adjacent to Convention Hall, this lovely bayside condominium project features 4 buildings, each with one or more elevators, access to the outdoor pool, off street parking and boat docks. Boat docks are available by on-site reservation only on a first come, first serve basis after you check-in. Each unit has two bedrooms, two baths, living room and dining area with sliding doors opening to a large balcony. Features include fully equipped kitchen, washer, dryer and central air. Some units are NON-SMOKING. Unit 128C is within walking distance to the beach across Coastal Highway, miniature golf, restaurants and has a Western Exposure with a Bay view overlooking the Pool.

Great location off main strip

Thunder Island is a great location. It has ample parking, which in OC is always a concern. The units are fairly dated, but clean. The pool and area were nice and clean. The further downtown you get, the more populated it is, which isn't ideal for families. This was just 2 blocks off the beach, totally within a 3 y/o walking distance. Just plan on having to drive or Uber to the Boardwalk.
