The Space:

After you reserve the apartment, you must send us copies of ALL adults (15 yrs of age and older) drivers licenses or passports for building registration. All documents must be legible.

***Guests must be 21 years of age or older to make a reservation, in compliance with building regulations. Third-party bookings are only allowed with prior approval from StayCozy. If you are booking on behalf of others, please inform us before completing your reservation. Please be aware that non-compliance with this policy will result in forfeiture of any refund.

***Please note that depending on your length of stay, a full building application for residency is required upon booking. Application requirements are, but not limited to former residency, employment status, SSN, references, and other personal details. Building application must be filled out within 24 hours after the booking is confirmed.

OCCUPANCY RULES

Building Management has strict occupancy rules. 2 adults only (15 years of age and older) plus 3 children. There are no exceptions to the occupancy amount. Please make sure your total number of adult guests reflects your reservation and the building requirement



NO SMOKING

Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment under any circumstances. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony with all doors closed. If there is evidence of smoking indoors, a minimum $500 fine will be applied plus costs for odor removal and deep cleaning.



CHECK-IN

Standard check-in time starts at 4 PM and is coordinated with both us and the building. If your flight is delayed and you’ll be arriving after 10 PM, please let us know in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.



CHECK-OUT

Standard check-out time is 11 AM.



LUGGAGE STORAGE

Luggage storage is possible with a bellman that can hold your luggage for $3 per suitcase before and after your stay if needed. Please plan you arrival and departure times accordingly.



MISSING DEVICES FROM APARTMENT

If any streaming devices or remotes are missing from our apartment after your departure, we have a right to charge you $100 per missing item.



LOST ITEMS

We are not responsible for any items left behind. Please make sure to check that you have removed all personal belongings at departure.



PARKING RULES

*** Valet is the only available option - (unlimited In/out) - Pay the building directly with a daily valet fee of $48. For 10+ nights please inquire



Please note that the valet parking garage enforces a height limit of 6'6", which accommodates most large SUVs but excludes trucks or vans. Should your vehicle exceed this height restriction, your only recourse would be to seek limited street parking with metered alternatives. Vehicles like slingshots, motorcycles, and scooters/mopeds cannot be accommodated by the valet service, and no electric charging stations are available in the valet area.



*** RECEIVING PACKAGES:

Guests are welcome to receive packages during their stay. To ensure the safety of your package, please ensure that its arrival date falls within the duration of your stay. We regret that we cannot assume responsibility for packages arriving before or after a guest's stay.

Additionally, please be aware that you will need the unit number for the delivery address. For security reasons, this information will only be provided 24 hours prior to your arrival date.



BUILDING RULES

This apartment LOOKS NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES PISTED - It is bare bones!! Thank goodness we didn't arrive until 10 PM and we're checking out the next morning, otherwise we would not have stayed here and asked to be moved. Two of the four beds we used the sheets had stains, the floor was filthy, there was not a single thing hanging on the walls in any room, not a single decor in the apt, holes in the wall where cables used to come out, large eye hooks screwed into the ceiling of the master bedroom, tape stuck to the walls, the front bedroom, which resembled more of a closet, had what was considered a twin bed, but was too short for even my son who's 511 to sleep on. His legs were hanging off the end of the bed. We had a coffee maker but there was no coffee that we could use - it actually looked as if it had been robbed. PROS the beds were comfortable - great location to head to the cruise port the next morning - large balcony overlooking the bay - All three bathrooms were nice,but did not match the pictures.
