We will be available by phone, email, or in-person if needed.

The property is set in a beautiful and diverse neighborhood located across the street from the Utah State Capital building. Delicious coffee is available in a cafe under a block away, while downtown Salt Lake is less than a 5-minute walk.

Many of our guests enjoy walking or taking Uber or Lyft. There is one on-site parking spot if needed, please let us know in advance if you need a spot.

The unit was extremely clean, extremely well furnished... Details that were included were not expected! The host was phenomenal 🎉 myself and six of my friends stayed for convention.... Each and every one of us were impressed and grateful for this unit! Highly highly recommend! Nothing was left out!
