The best location for fun and sun

I booked a last minute stay for an extended weekend trip. I was familiar with the complex as I have stayed in the building before. This was my first time staying in this unit, and boy was I happily surprised. What a wonderful apartment. I wanted to move in permanently. I will definitely be staying in this apartment again.

Beautiful place

I stay at this building often and this is the best one yet. Being a corner unit, you can open up the all the doors to the wrap around balcony. Provides amazing fresh air and ocean breezes.

Beautiful condo

This property is just as beautiful as it is stated and for me, the location was perfect. Next door to the late night fun spots and a couple of blocks from the beach, malecon and the premier restaurants. I highly recommend this property.

Vallarta getaway

Beautiful property close to everything in the Zona Romantica. Only a couple blocks from the beach and has great rooftop views and a beautiful pool area. They are building a new condo unit in front of it that will obstruct the views some but you can still see the ocean in two directions giving you a beautiful view! My wife and I had a great time at this property.

Romantica zone condo

Excellent property, in the heart of all the action in the Romatica zone. Everything we could need and more. Good size bedroom with 2 bathrooms and full kitchen. If you want to be in the action, this is your spot, the area is active until the wee hours of the morning. Walking distance to excellent restaurants and bars, and just a few blocks from the ocean.

Great Location & Views

The condo was exactly as advertised. Location is right in the heart of all the Romantic Zone action, but the unit itself is fairly quiet. We enjoyed opening up the two walls of sliders in the main living area every morning to enjoy the cool breezes and our coffee. The unit is well-appointed with everything you need and there's a decent grocery store about 2 blocks away to stock the kitchen.Building security was very attentive and courteous. We utilized both the rooftop and 5th floor pools as well as the fitness center. Overall a very nice property and good value.

Poor Check In and Comminication

Upon check in I was given a bar code. That was to check into the building. After that o had trouble getting the code for the condo. I was told it was sent but was not. Front desk checked as well. Also the code to enter the building was not correct either. Again front desk confirmed it was not corrects no in person communication as I get with other Management Companies. Stayed for 10 days with no offer of house keeping. I would prefer not to rent from this Management Compamy again. Much better ones in PV.

A perfect vacation

I travel a lot— mostly internationally for work and leisure— and I can honestly say that this was one of the most impressive properties that I have had the pleasure to book in quite some time. The building (The Pavillion) is well maintained and has a welcoming and hard working staff from the concierge to the grounds keepers. It is also located in the heart of ZR with restaurants, bars, cafes and the beach just meters away. The condo itself is just as lovely (if not nicer) than the photos. It is located on a high floor in the corner of thr building with two glass walls in the living room that open completely to a wraparound balcony that has a view of the mountains, streetscape and ocean. The unit is well designed, has modern appliances, a comfortable king-sized bed (and fluffy pillows!) with two nice-sized full bathrooms. There is even a second balcony off of the bedroom overlooking an infinity pool. Gorgeous all around and an incredibly comfortable stay. So much so, that we enjoyed the condo just as much as PV. Last, I cannot speak highly enough about our experience with Naya Homes. The booking, check-in, and check out were each so smooth and Naya responded immediately, politely and comprehensively to any emails or requests. It was superior service and I would gladly book with Naya again in the future for any other properties they service in Mexico. Our 10-day vacation was worry free, joyous and relaxing. We will definitely book this property again.
