The location was great, right in the ocean. The balcony had high top chairs/table that made it great to enjoy the ocean. The condo had a great coffee maker and they even had pods there for our use, which is a nice touch. The pool was nice, but there was no umbrellas or shaded areas, so we weren’t able to take advantage.

Fred thank you for the thoughtful review! We’re so happy you enjoyed the location and were able to relax on the balcony. It really is one of our favorite spots to take in the view as well. We’re also glad you enjoyed the coffee setup; we try to include a few small touches like the pods to make guests feel a little more at home. We appreciate the feedback about the pool area and the lack of shaded spots. That’s helpful to know, and we’ll definitely keep that in mind as we look at ways to improve the guest experience. Traditionally the table's poolside have umbrellas so I'll get with management. Thank you again for choosing to stay with us. We’d love to host you again anytime you’re back in New Smyrna Beach!
