This was the worst experience ever. I landed in Ft Lauderdale FL just 30 minutes later my rental was canceled so I had to waste an entire day to find another place to stay. I should have been notified sooner about the rental being canceled. I need a full refund and compensation for my time and lost vacation time.

We were canceled on within 2 hours of entering the building I understand it was due to a repair maintenance however we were stuck on Connecticut Street in Hollywood Beach with four large luggages brought off of an 8-day cruise ship and the two options that we were given were way far inland and we're not within walking distance of the beach we had to walk around everywhere in the heat trying to find somewhere where we had beach access that was better than the two options we were given
