About this property

Your group will feel at home with this newly updated condo that is surrounded by woods and mountain views, yet only 1/2 mile from midtown.

5 bedrooms (including a bunkroom), two sleeper couches and 3.5 baths provide ample privacy and sleeping. This condo can sleep up to 16 individuals, including children, but has a maximum capacity of 12 adults.

The massive gameroom downstairs includes a full wet bar, pool table, foosball table, poker table and comfortable furniture. This is the place to hang out when you come back from midtown. There is also two additional bedrooms and bathroom off the game room

The upper level is the living room, porch, kitchen, dining and 1/2 bath and includes laundry. This room along with the rest of the house has been recently updated.

The entry level includes the master bedroom with a queen, a bunkroom with two sets of bunks and another room with a queen bed. This level has two full baths.

Convenient to Town

This was a quick drive to the main street with shops and restaurants. We had an issue with no heat when we first arrived and they responded and handled it immediately. The condo is a bit tired and could use some new bedding and pillows, but is affordably priced and fit our needs!

Home don’t meet our needs

The home didn’t work for a family of 10. There was nowhere to gather to eat or visit. The home is very dated. Unfortunately we had to find alternative accommodations for our family vacation. We canceled the day of arrival.

Great place to get together

Thanksgiving gathering was enjoyable and had plenty of space. Only downside was the beds need new mattresses. However, the townhouse has everything you need from play equipment to crockpots.

Why they chose this property

Our original draw to Ruidoso was its proximity to the DFW area (8.5 hr drive time) and the opportunity for both winter and summer fun. What has made us truly fall in love with our new home is the small town feel of Ruidoso, the constant activity of festivals and parades and things to do, the beautiful scenery, and the amazing wildlife that is literally outside of our door each day! Nothing can compare to that feeling of having your morning coffee on the deck, wrapped in a blanket, surrounded by trees and just feeling like you are 'home'. We hope that you enjoy it as much as we do!

What makes this property unique

This home is big enough to easily hold two to three families and has an amazing game room for entertainment and extra space. You are surrounded by woods and mountain views here, but can be in the fun and excitement of midtown in about two minutes. Fantastic location and our home has been updated throughout, including central air and heat. You will love the air conditioning and pool in the summer!
