Great stay in Frisco
We had a great stay. The house was perfect for our family of 5. The hot tub and sauna were awesome to use after a long day of hiking. The house had everything we needed. Thank you for the wonderful stay.
We had a fantastic stay at this property. The host Susie was responsive and quick to answer any questions. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed. Gorgeous view from the back deck. It was a short walk to the Main Street and a beautiful park for the kids. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you.
Close proximity to downtown. Nice accommodations for our group for a ski trip.

Frisco Home
Cozy, quiet, three-bedroom home located very close (walking distance) to downtown Frisco and a nice park with a playground. Enjoyed the hot tub and dry sauna!
This home has great space, everything you need for a comfortable stay, and an unbeatable location! Perfect for walking into town, easy parking and garage if you're headed out skiing/hiking, and also great for a night in.
Amazing house with the best location right on the bike path and short walk to town. Great views! House is so comfortable equipped with everything you need! Second stay and we will be back!

Nice home with great amenities and perfect location!
This was a great place to stay. Home is equipped with most anything you would need. The close location to downtown was very nice. Located on the bike/walking path as well which came in handy!
Great Frisco Mountain River Retreat! 75degs at 9000' everyday... Great hiking/biking/shopping/eating options were utilized in full at this nicely located super house. Hot tub and suana... great river trail and rock hounding experiences in/around town (Mt. Royal mining history is good stuff). Vail to Frisco 15 mile road bike experience with Copper Mountain beverages was most excellent. Other mountain bike and/or hiking less than mile from house. Great movie night living room and kitchen had everything you need for traveling group. Have done this location a couple times and never a dull moment...

Private yet close to where you need to be
Wonderful stay and great pre-arrival communication and instructions with Susie. Comfortable, relaxing space and the hot tub and sauna definitely a bonus after a day of skiing. Close enough to main street for easy restaurant access and although we didn't cook the kitchen was well stocked.
Highly recommend. I stayed with my parents, sister and my two children (3,1) and we had a great time. It is a wonderful location and a beautiful comfortable house.

Fantastic stay! Excellent location!
This Frisco, Colorado home met all our needs, along with added extras like a hot tub and sauna (both actually worked). The house was comfortable with a large kitchen and living area. The master bedroom was wonderful. The neighborhood was beautiful and the location was perfect, surrounded with walking trails and only a 5-8 minute walk to Main Street. Communication with owner host was excellent. We would definitely stay again.

Home Away From Home
We found this Frisco Home to be even better than advertised. The space was plentiful, the kitchen was stocked, the Hot Tub and Sauna actually worked (which I find rare on rental houses!), the beds were comfortable, the house was clean, the proximity to town was phenomenal. Overall, my family and I were very glad we made the decision to stay here.

Beautiful home, great location, responsive owner
Beautifully decorated and maintained home. Enjoyed location right off path to town. Hot tub, sauna, comfortable deck. Owner responded quickly to couple minor questions. More kitchenware and gadgets than anyplace I've ever stayed. Highly recommended.
The house was as listed. It is in a great location and we enjoyed it. Very walkable to downtown Frisco. There were 4 adults and it was very comfortable.
Great spot! We loved sitting on the back deck and listening to Ten Mile Creek and walking today town (less than 5 minutes to the middle of Main Street). House worked well for our family of two teens (upstairs) and parents (downstairs). It felt a bit weird with the owners clothes in the closet.

Just Right!
This house was the perfect size/layout for our group of 4 adults. The home is cozy and comfortable with everything you need and expect for a great vacation. It is barely a five minute walk to Main Street yet nestled next to the creek with mountain views. The proximity to multiple resorts and easy access to I-70 ,not to mention fresh snow every day ,made this one of our best ski trips ever! Susie is a great host and we will definitely stay here again. Thanks for everything Susie!
From the time we booked this property, Susie was always prompt in responding to any of our questions. The home is in a quiet neighborhood but within less than a five minute walk to downtown, a children's playground and just a few feet from the bike path and river. The guest book explained how to take the best advantage of this homel.
The home itself was very comfortable and inviting. Each bedroom closet had baskets of books for young children, space heaters and extra linens. All the bathrooms and kitchen were well-stocked, which made our stay stress-free.
We hope to have a return visit soon!

Perfect!
Not much I can say on top of previous reviews, but this house, its location and the owner/property manager are great! The Kitchen is well stocked; plenty of paper products for the bathrooms/paper towels (and they have the "good stuff!" ;) ); two of the bedrooms have humidifiers which is really nice at altitude; and there's even baskets of Crocs and plastic cups for the hot tub! The owners have taken all the extra steps to make your stay special. Our group would definitely come back. Thank you!

A Little Disappointed
We arrived and the temperature in the house was 51 degrees. I tried to get the furnace going but it would only blow cold air. I called the contact person to see if I was missing something, but unfortunately, she didn't return my call for 4 hours. By then, the furnace had finally warmed the house to 65. I've never seen a furnace warm up so slowly. We kept the kids warm by sitting them next to the nice gas fireplace. The inside of the house was rather dusty and the mats in the upstairs bathroom were dirty. The downstairs guest room toilet would run until you jiggled the handle-aggravating! The front entry and eaves were full of cobwebs and the deck was covered with leaf litter. I had to clean the crud off the deck chairs so we could sit outside. The landscape was shaggy. I'd be surprised if the neighbors didn't complain because the other homes on the street were all well manicured. Also, the owners expect you to haul your trash around the block to the dumpster instead of providing a trash receptacle in the garage. Why was I charged a cleaning fee if I have to haul the trash away?
The good news is that the house's location was excellent and a short walk to Main Street Frisco where all the restaurants and shops are located. The house is roomy with lots of beds and pullouts. The kitchen had everything we needed to stay and cook dinner a couple nights. The house could be much nicer with a little effort and some TLC.

Response from VrboOwner on 26 July 2023
Mike, thank you for your review. The owner of this property, Susie, has asked us to pass along the following message:
"We are sad to hear of your experience being a little disappointing as we strive to exceed our guests' expectations. I’m so sorry that your experience in our home was not everything you had hoped it would be. Because I know how important reviews are, I’d like the opportunity to respond to some of the things you raised.
As I recall from our conversation on the phone, the heat had been turned off, which sometimes occurs in the spring as the weather warms up. Once the thermostat was switched to “on” the home heats up quickly. We have also repaired the running toilet.
The Aspens are messy in the spring dropping their fluffy buds. This is especially true in June which was when you stayed. We blow off the decks and paved areas once a week, but the trees keep dropping stuff every day. There are aspen trees, pine trees, and willow trees in the yard and surrounding yards.
Regarding our yard being "shabby," that is certainly true compared to one of our neighbors who has incredible gardens all over his property - they are lovely! We do not have a sprinkler system for the yard and in the high altitude, grass is hard to grow. Grass has not been our priority. However, our neighbors with the lovely gardens are very happy about the care and improvements in our yard because the former owners were neglecting the property. This is a work in progress. So, even though our yard is nowhere near as stunning as our neighbors, they regularly comment on how pleased they are with the improvements we are making to the landscaping since purchasing the property.
Cobwebs on the exterior of the house also get blown away every week but they do keep coming back. We don’t know what creates them because we don’t see any spiders around.
I know I cannot reverse time and fix these things for you, however, I do hope that this response provides some peace of mind and understanding for anyone reading the reviews on our home who is considering booking a Frisco mountain getaway."
Best, the Evolve Team
Loved staying in this cozy home within a few minutes to Main Street. As said in other reviews, the kitchen is well equipped and the trail behind the house lets you have wonderful views of the mountains. The hot tub and sauna on the back deck were an added plus. We would definitely return!
Property was easy to rent. Property was in a great location within walking distance to Main Street. Beautiful home with a beautiful view. Well equipped and everything we were hoping for in a relaxing mountain home.
