About the host
Hosted by Nicki Everman
Our names are Nicki and Corey. Corey is originally from Louisville and Nicki is from Winchester (just outside of Lexington). We love living in Lexington but also traveling! We are both really into comedy, music, theater, and just about any kind of live performance art. We also both really love food lol. This is our first experience with a property on VRBO, and we are just really excited to give people a nice peaceful and enjoyable stay during their travels!
Why they chose this property
We are one of the fortunate families to live directly on the pond, and it is so beautiful and peaceful here. There is so much wildlife around and it's just fun to watch. Everyone in the neighborhood is also super friendly and it meets the definition of community. Plus, this neighborhood has grown so much over the past 10 years and there are new restaurants and places to shop.
What makes this property unique
The property is centrally-located less than 10 minutes from Interstates 64 and 75, and New Circle Road in Lexington. You can be in Midway, Versailles, Frankfort, Georgetown, Nicholasville, Paris, and Winchester within 30 minutes. Close to downtown and Keeneland! The house itself is spacious and has 3 floors allowing for guests to enjoy time together but also retreat to their own spaces. Also, the kitchen, bathroom, and back deck have recently been renovated, and the deck is an oasis on its own.
