Back at the house, unwind on the dreamy screened porch, sip coffee at the coffee bar, or gather around the outdoor fire pit under starry skies. With community pools, private beaches, golf, and year-round amenities, your stay blends cozy autumn vibes with plenty of adventure — all just minutes from the best fall festivities.

As a guest at The Breezy Pines, you’ll enjoy full access to The Hideout’s private, resort-style amenities:

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the entire home (except locked owner’s closets) and all Hideout community amenities. Parking passes will be provided for your stay.

Interaction with Guests

Our friendly property manager co-host is available if you need assistance during your stay, but you’ll have plenty of privacy to relax and enjoy.

• Our home is in a secured, gated community (The Hideout). Guests must complete a simple rental contract within 72 hours of booking (includes guest names and ages). Late forms may result in a $100 community fee.
• Violations of house or community rules may result in citations or possible eviction.

🚗 Occupancy & Parking
• Maximum occupancy: 9 guests.
• Parking is limited to 4 cars in the driveway. No street parking or additional visitors are permitted.

Good to Know
• Items provided in the home (games, appliances, décor, etc.) may change without notice.
• Wildlife is common — deer, turkeys, and the occasional bear! Please do not leave food outdoors.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The house was very cozy and well appointed! The bedrooms were lovely with very comfortable beds. We loved the fireplace! Communication was fast and easy. Whenever we had questions there was a quick response! We also loved the community! We were in walking distance to the clubhouse and a short drive to the ski mountain in the community! We hope to return!

Breezy Pines is such a beautiful house in a lovely location. The spacious house was gorgeously decorated for a cozy Christmas vacation, and had all the amenities one would ever need. The host was so gracious and also provided us with a travel crib, highchair, etc. that we needed for our toddler, and the baby safety gates at both the top and bottom of the chairs are so appreciated as they ensured our toddler's safety. The rooms were so cozy and lovely, and it really helps to have 2 bathrooms - 1 on each floor. The kitchen was fully equiped and the host also graciously left us a hot chocolate bar, and a welcome gift, which we were very thankful for. The house also has a lovely deck, a gorgeous sunroom, and of course a grill, firepit, etc. The electric fireplace was also very much appreciated by us as it added even more to the ambience, while keeping us nice and warm. The outside view is gorgeous- especially in the snow. The restaurant run by the community's clubhouse was fantastic, as were other restaurants nearby. The house was stocked with a fantastic collection of board games, and has 3 tvs, for times when you just want to lounge in the comfortable couches and chairs. Everything was so wonderful- we didn't want to leave! The house was so inviting! Next time we will for sure plan a longer vacation at beautiful Breezy Pines! Thank you for letting us vacation here!
