Our family had a great stay! Location was phenomenal. Second bedroom was quite tight for our 3 kids and got really warm. Thankfully the fans were available. Thank you for allowing us to stay.

Spring Break Ski Trip

We had the best trip! This condo was perfect for us! You cannot beat the ski in/out location and the hot tub was perfect after a long day of skiing. The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. The kitchen is well-equipped if you plan to cook. If not, several great restaurants are nearby. The hosts provided detailed instructions and promptly replied when we had questions. Highly recommend!

Great Escape from the Summer Heat

My husband I spent five nights at this lovely condo over the Fourth of July holiday to escape the Midwestern heat and neighborhood fireworks. We loved the condo which overlooks the swimming pool, the comfortable furniture and beds, and the up-to-date and well-stocked kitchen. This is a great golf and fitness destination. We had fun playing at Pole Creek and Granby Ranch golf courses. The Fraser Community Center is about 15 minutes away. Great location! Fabulous condo! We'll be coming back!!

Mountain luxury and convenience

The communication was excellent. Check in process is so easy. The property is great. It is clean, comfortable and in a great location. Beds are comfortable and there was even shampoo and conditioner available. Pool and hot tub are close and loved by the kids. We will definitely stay again.

Family Vacation to Colorado

Traveled with my wife and 2 kids (2 yrs old and 4 months old). The property is in a perfect location (15 minutes in almost any direction to Grand Lake, Winter Park, Hot Sulphur Springs, etc). The cleanliness/description of the property was exactly as described and we loved that they provided a Pack N Play for the baby to sleep in, one less thing to pack. They had some kids movies/board games as well you can use which was great for the evening time before bed. Property manager was always in touch if needed, and was great at proactively making sure everything was ready for us upon arrival. We would definitely consider staying here again, especially during the winter to take advantage of the ski resort literally right outside the back door.

Very nice property and property manager

The condo was great. It is very clean and new and stylish. It is centrally located between Winter Park and Grand Lake. We went hiking at Monarch Lake and Adams Falls and did Alpine Slides at WP. My wife and four kids stayed there and it was perfect. The pool was nice just outside the condo. Parking under the building is very convenient because there’s a staircase from the parking right near the condo. One night, they had a free live concert just outside the condo which was a lot of fun. The owner property manager Brandon is great to work with and they make the renting process very easy. I would highly recommend this property. During the winter, it could be even better because there is a ski lift right outside the condo. When we return to the area, we will definitely rent here again! Thanks!

Grandby Ranch Ski-in Ski-out gem!

Lots to love...you simply can't ask for much more; great ski-in ski-out location, heated garage parking, ski locker, very clean unit, well stocked kitchen, pool/hot tub, great communication. Our family of four had a wonderful long weekend at the Quick Draw Retreat and hope to return in the future for our next Grandby Ranch adventure.

This is our family happy place and excited to share it with you. Busy parents of 4 kiddos. As they are getting older we just aren't able to use as much as we would like. So many memories created in this condo.

Why they chose this property

Best place for family ski trip. Safe and family friendly. Lessons, shorter runs and not as crowded. Filled with lots of families enjoying their time. Perfect to not lug everything with you to the mountain for the day, just head back into condo to warm up or grab a quick bite.

What makes this property unique

We leave our family games and toys for your enjoyment. Fully equipped kitchen with spices and seasonings. Steps from restaurant, chair lifts, wedding venue, concerts. Outdoor gas firepit to enjoy smores or stay cozy while watching the slopes. Plenty of hikes or biking just out the door to enjoy. Pool and hot tub after a full day of fun. Short drive to Lake Granby, Grand lake and the rocky mountains.
