Nice condo next to the lifts

Nice condo in the complex next to the base area for skiing. Plenty of space although just two of us. Decently stocked kitchen. I needed to contact owner regarding parking pass and he was quick to respond.

Spoiled

This was our third season to Grandby and our first year staying at Base Camp! BEST decision ever!! The convenience of the location was amazing! The place was just the right size for what we needed and everything was great! Having a place to go back to over lunch, lockers for gear… it really was great! We look forward to coming back!

Nice property

We enjoyed the location. It is very convenient, located on the fourth floor with elevators. The ski lockers are on the first level. Just walk out the door and you are close to the lifts. The heated garage is a plus. We always found a good parking spot for our SUV. I recommend this property.

Great place that could use a bed update.

We had a great stay at this condo. It's a nice unit. Kitchen, living room, and bathroom are all spacious and well equipped. The bedroom is a bit small, and the bed is a very basic mattress with sheets, blankets and pillows that all leave a bit to be desired.

Views amazing

Loved our time at this family friendly resort. Beautiful wedding venue! . Our unit was very comfortable, although it was very warm weather and we missed A/C. The next door lodge provided nice lunch menu.

4/10 Poor

Disappointed in the managment company

Great location, very cute condo however there was only one hand towel and no washcloths in the condo. I called and got a recording so I emailed and received a response stating that they were short handed but would see what they could do and I never heard back.

Leanna, thank you for your review. This homeowner has asked us to pass along the following response: "Leanna we apologize for this inconvenience. We have notified the onsite manager of this issue. Housekeeping crews have been working around the clock due to the busy season and this may have caused the lack of reply. Once we read your review, we shared our concern with our manager, and the housekeeping company has been changed for this condo in order to provide better service for all future guests." Best, the Homeowner and the Evolve Team

Great experience, clean and oeganized! Would recommend!

We loved the underground parking, the ski locker! The home was clean and all instructions were very helpful to make the stay seamless. Couple of suggestions: provide hot pads, a pitcher, a couple baking pans, wash clothes, and dish rags, maybe some salt/pepper. Also, maybe a tv in the master bedroom? Otherwise we would stay again! We had a great Christmas getaway:)
