About the host

Hosted by Grace Findley

Host profile image
Grace and Drew are artists from Asheville NC. Fun fact: They make screen-printed concert posters for bands. We love brings hosts because we get to share these beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains with our guests!

Why they chose this property

The neighborhood is quiet and feels secluded yet is a quick drive to a large grocery store and downtown Black Mountain which means you have shopping, restaurants, bars, music, art, etc. nearby. Also, we are only 1 mile from Katsuma Biking Trail and close to Catawba Falls, The Blue Ridge Parkway, Montreat and so much more!

What makes this property unique

Our cabin was originally built in the 1960’s as part of the Ridgecrest Boys Camp so it has a cool story yet we have updated the kitchen and made it stylish and comfy for our guests. Plus it is surrounded by forest, has an awesome vintage Preway gas fireplace and an amazing screened porch where you can sit and enjoy the view. We also have a Solo stove for making fires and smores in the side yard. It’s just a wonderful place to spend time!
