We had a great time staying here. The kids loved the heated pool and the adults loved the grill and hot tub! The property was clean and the hosts were very helpful and communicative.

We had a wonderful stay at Water & Vine while traveling with family and our dog. The home was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with a large kitchen, roomy bedrooms, and three bathrooms that made our stay easy and relaxing. We loved spending time by the pool and appreciated all the space to spread out. It was a fantastic home base for our trip, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend!

This is a great property for a family as the dining room becomes the hub for games, computers, and eating while looking out over the swimming pool, the horse barn and the views. The property is well fenced, which we appreciate for small children and a small dog.The inside is extremely clean and the bedding was excellent. The rooms are appropriate appropriately furnished with just enough. Access is easy and having a master bedroom downstairs with a roll in shower and also ramps in the backyard are good for people with some challengeWith the vineyard next-door, the tall trees and the wooded area expect some bugs outside, but we found none insideThe hot tub and pool are well located with easy access, and provide good visual to watch kidsRandy and his wife are two of the best hosts as they are on top of everything very friendly

The home was clean and roomy. The pool was sparkling and a very comfortable temperature. Location was excellent and the grounds were great for our dog and grandkids. On the con side, the home sleeps up to 10 but the living room seats 4 plus a bean bag. The shower nozzle in the master was broken and had to be propped up to use. There is no safety gate to keep children away from the pool. Overall I would say the home is over priced.

The home was beautiful and thoughtfully furnished. The linens were fresh and clean. The beds are so new that they are very firm. We had almost everything that we need. Just missing tongs and grill tools. I let the hosts know so that probably will not be a problem next time.The hot tub was hot and clean. The pool was also clean but not heated. We were able to use the pool for cold plunges. The grounds were beautiful and quiet. We had a wonderful stay.

My family (with small children) spent the week here together. It was absolutely perfect! The property was vast and the surroundings stunning. The pool and hot tub were clean! There is solar heating for the pool and the water temperature was perfect!They provided small plug-in fans for every bedroom with most of them having ceiling fans as well.Most of us found the beds quite comfortable, however my older parents thought they were a little hard for their taste.I’ve reached out to the company and asked them to provide a few more baking items for cooking breakfast and dinner. Possibly check in prior to arrival if they’ve added to their collection. The propane tank was empty for the barbecue upon arrival so I would check that it is full on day one as they are happy to bring you a replacement.The house came with a pack and play so if you’re traveling with small children, you are covered.The upstairs bathroom had a Bluetooth light and ceiling fan that you connect your phone and play music on! The kids thought this was fantastic. While there are neighbors, they are a distance away, which truly let us feel like we were on our own private vacation. We brought some Floaties for the pool, but there were also some nice ones left behind from either the owner or other guests. Overall, I truly cannot complain and I am looking forward to our next stay here. This just might be our new summer family place.

Inside of house was spacious and clean! We had everything we needed. The outside was not as clean. Spiderwebs everywhere and many screens are missing or really dirty around windows so it was difficult to try to find windows to open. The house is in a beautiful location. You feel privacy but you are still close to everything. We enjoyed our stay.
