Come relax and enjoy this totally remodeled condo, 1 bedroom 1 bathroom with pull out couch in a beach front community. This condo community backs up to one of St. Augustine's most beautiful beaches, Butler Beach, and also has year-round heated pools. When you stay at this very beautiful and private beach front communities, just minutes from downtown historic St. Augustine. This is in a beach gated community. The beach has a private entry with a key card. Beach entrance is located behind the second community pool.There are many local eateries located within walking distance as well as Publix, Winn Dixie, and groceries stores with liquor. With all the modern conveniences of a home to enjoy, the only problem is you might never want to leave this little slice of paradise. One pet per unit.

Nice little apartment. Cleanliness and stocking was good. Our only complaint was the sleeper conch is uncomfortable, the bathroom floor was pretty sticky and the shower drain was very slow. Nice spot though, and good pool and beach access.

Perfect Location for Quiet Beach Vacation

This spot was great for my family. We were looking for something quiet, clean, and in close proximity to the beach. Not only did this property offer all of that, it is also perfectly located to anything you might need for your trip. Groceries, coffee shops, restaurants all within close proximity. Nothing but a Great Time. Location was good for A1A strip and the Historic District. Condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay (make sure you bring your own coffee & filters). Appreciated the easy access to the beach (park in the visitor’s lot near pool#1) or bring a wagon if you have one.

Check in process was easy. We liked that it was close to the beach and there were two pools in the condo complex. Location is good as its not too far from any of the local attractions. This condo is updated and the perfect size for two. Had everything we needed for a 4 day stay and is in a great location in St Augustine. We had many restaurants and stores within walking distance. The two pools were great and there’s private beach entrance in the complex.

It was refreshing to arrive at the property and discover everything was precisely as pictured and described. It was very clean and inviting. Well appointed with everything needed and decorated very cute beach theme. We enjoyed the access to the private beach to take in a sunrise. The owner is very responsive and easy to deal with. Amazing Thanksgiving Getaway

The condo was wonderful---beachy/nautical decor that was so relaxing. Everything super clean and well maintained. Dawn was amazing. Ocean Village Club is in an excellent location....Close to everything but not too busy.....Dawn was great, she responded to every question I had and was very helpful.....The unit is cozy and perfect for a weekend getaway....The kitchen was very clean and our 6 year old loved the pullout couch.....We hope to come back soon.

This was a great condo at the beach. We stayed in the same complex last year and really enjoyed. The condo is a good walk to the beach but manageable. It is right on the main road but this did not disturb us. Condo had everything you including coffee and filters. Owner was very attentive to all details. Would not hesitate to return
