Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
No fireworks. Quiet hours 11pm - 8am. No excessive use of utilities, data mining or EV charging is allowed. ONLY 5 vehicles can be parked in driveway.
This property backs up to a public boat lauch. Parking signs are posted to AVOID TOWING. Park 2 cars in garage, park 2 cars directly outside the garage on pavement, park 1 car on the marked side spot.
Additional parking for up to 3 cars and a trailer can be accommodated off-site (8 miles away). Additional parking is only available upon request a week before your stay to coordinate.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
