Each unit comes with a utility closet full of beach towels, beach chairs, snorkeling gear, boogey boards, coolers, umbrellas and so much more. Everything you need for the perfect vacation! (Other rentals charge extra for these items!)

This luxurious central air conditioned villa is newly remodeled with amazing amenities and is located at Regency @ Poipu Kai Resort located on the South Shore of Kauai in the town of Koloa . (Central Air conditioning isn't often found on Kauai!) The Regency resort is right by several world class beaches including Shipwreck Beach, Brenneckes Beach and Poipu Beach which makes this the perfect location for any size group or family. If you have younger children along for the trip you won't find a more perfect children's beach than the little beach formed between Brenneckes and Poipu beaches. Protected from the surf by a natural rock outcropping and featuring a very shallow and gently sloping beach, the children will have a blast! Situated on the 2nd & 3rd floor with lanai that have fantastic views of the mountain range. You won't find more beautifully decorated and fully stocked rentals on the island!

We were disappointed that these condos were not next to each other and so far from the beach. There is no ocean view. The road construction outside the units was also a disappointment.

Aloha Kristin, I am writing to address your recent review, as I would like to clarify some of the points mentioned. I have never advertised the condos as having an ocean view, so I was surprised to see that included in your feedback. Regarding the proximity of the units, they are located on opposite ends of the buildings, resulting in approximately a 30-second walk between them. Additionally, both Shipwreck Beach (fronting the Grand Hyatt) and Poipu Beach are accessible via a 10-minute walk along the greenbelt in opposite directions. Finally, regarding the roadwork, please understand that the county is currently constructing a roundabout for safety reasons, which is unfortunately beyond my control.

We rented three units as we had kids and grand kids with us. Everything went well the only drawback is these units are adjacent to a busy intersection. the walk to the beach was about 15 minutes and the pool was adjacent to the building.

Wonderful for large family vacation

We went as a large family group to celebrate my parents 50th anniversary. Everyone loved their accommodations (3 separate condos) and its proximity to Poipu beach as well as multiple areas of interest on the resort that we had access to. It was great to have everyone be in the same complex but also have a little privacy at the end of the day!

My husband and I live and work in Southern California. We spend a lot of time with our children and go to Kauai as often as we can get away from work.

Why they chose this property

What started as a family vacation spot, quickly turned into 3 fabulous villa rentals. Our family was staying at Kauai so often that it just felt right to purchase more property. This new listing includes all three adjoining condos and it a great way to take everyone with you! Although the photos on this listing are great, what you can't see is that they are the best you will find in terms of quality. The best mattresses, linens, kitchen supplies etc. We get such glowing reviews and guests are pleasantly surprised at just how nice the furnishings in a rental can be!

What makes this property unique

The lanai's with the beautiful views of the mountains are my favorite. In addition to the fabulous location, which is within walking distance to great bars and restaurants and of course the beautiful beaches of Kauai!
