We loved the ability to walk to Poipu beach and watch the Hawaiian sea turtles and Monk seals sunbathing. The villa is generously supplied with soap, coffee, laundry detergent, trash bags and other household items. The pool and hot tub are nice to use with the complimentary access. Beautifully decorated and maintained

This was the perfect family getaway! Everything about the property was clean, updated, easy to navigate and well kept. The pool was wonderful our kids were in it everyday. We spent most mornings and nights relaxing on the lanai. The home came equipped with every piece of equipment you may need during your stay. They had air mattresses for our little ones and the condo itself was very cozy. They provide all beach necessities which was great. Stephen was great at communicating with us before and during our stay. We will 100% be back to stay here.

This Villa was perfect for me and my family. The host was very helpful and responded back quickly to any questions i had. The Villa was very clean and convenient where it's located. Property and amenities were very nice. Definitely will be coming back to enjoy this beautiful Villa again in the near future.

Great location as just a short walk to the beautiful beaches. Hosts were very responsive leading up to and during the stay. We had a party of 8 which the property easily accommodated. Pretty much had everything we needed.

The property was great! Had everything we needed but was not cluttered. Lots of spices if you wanted to cook. Very impressed with the beach gear provided (cooler, boogie board, towels, wagon, etc). The primary bathroom was fabulous. And beds were comfortable.Location was convenient to the pool and beach. Shared grills were kept very clean.Only slight negative was that we could hear footsteps from the unit above; not sure if they were unusually loud, or if there just isn’t any insulation. Also, the dryer seemed to take a long time to get clothes dry.

Our six-night stay at the Villas at Poipu Kai was wonderful, and Stephen was an outstanding host. The condo served as the perfect home base for an amazing visit to Kauai. Its layout and amenities were ideal for our group—my wife and me, along with our daughter, son-in-law, and three grandchildren (ages 7, 5, and 2). With us coming from Alabama and them from Alaska, it was a special time together.We’re already planning another trip and hope to stay in the same location again. Stephen went above and beyond by allowing us to extend our checkout time so our grandchildren could rest before their overnight flight back to Alaska. That kindness made a big difference for our family.
