Poipu / Brenneckes Beach House is a, three - four bedroom ocean view vacation house.
Located across from the Poipu Beach Park in the heart of Poipu, Kauai - this two story house features large bay windows, two large lanais (sun decks ) and a 65 inch T.V. entertainment system.

Being split level it's like having two separate places, but you are all in one house. Forget about being in a small hotel room or getting a connecting room with no space.

This house is 2,500 square feet. Lots of room for everyone. Just steps - 100 feet away from the beach. No packing the car, getting everyone together and then forgetting something. You just pick up your towel and go. If you forget something, it's only steps back. Someone wants to go home and eat. No problem, steps away. Convenience makes this house the relaxing vacation for you and everyone you travel with. Don't feel like going out for dinner, BBQ on the balcony and dine under the stars. Save money and the headache of getting everyone ready to go for breakfast. Just have breakfast on the lanai (balcony) and sooth your morning to the beautiful colors of the ocean while the ocean waves relax your mind and body. We have a Hot/Cold Shower outside-That's comfort! Full washer & dryer in case you want to do laundry. Plenty of parking.

Conveniently located to shopping and many restaurants. Poipu Beach was recently recognized as the #1 beach in the U.S.A. You can walk or drive to all the new restaurants. Play golf or get a massage. It's all right at your doorstep.

You and your guests will be just 100 feet from the beach with ocean views and the soothing sounds of the ocean daily. Poipu Beach has it all: boogie boarding, surfing, paddle boarding, snorkeling, biking, or just hanging out eating a shaved ice.

Our family had such an amazing experience in Kauai! This property was a great location with everything our family of 7 could want. Just steps away from the beaches and such a comfortable house. Comfortable home, great location

Plenty of room upstairs and down for sleeping, baths, and living area. Lanai was great for just hanging out and looking out over the ocean. Poipu Beach right across the street with excellent turtle watching and snorkeling, which we did every day. Steve, our host, was always accessible and great to work with.

Perfect family heaven in Poipu

We recently spent an unforgettable vacation at a fantastic vacation rental in Poipu, Kauai, and it exceeded all our expectations! The location was simply amazing, offering easy access to beautiful beaches and local attractions.The property was ideal for our large family group of nine, which included children aged 9 and 6, and a 3-month-old baby. It provided excellent privacy spaces for individual relaxation while also offering ample family areas where we could spend quality time together. The layout was perfect for our needs, ensuring everyone felt comfortable and at home.The kitchen was well-furnished with everything we needed to prepare delicious meals, and the beach accessories were a thoughtful touch that made our beach trips even more enjoyable. We enjoyed the house so much . Being right across the street from the beach and seeing the turtles come up every evening was amazing . The playground was an added bonus from our granddaughter. Host was very responsive and made sure we enjoyed ourselves. Definitely recommend staying here

As they stay in real estate, the three most important factors and considering purchasing a home are location, location, and location. For the location alone, you are not going to find a better property to rent, but the amenities and graciousness of the host go far beyond expectations. Our group had six, which was very easily accommodated with room to spare.Po’ipu Beach is an incredibly popular destination In Kauai. Whereas everyone else will be searching for parking for up to a half an hour, you will be taking a 3o second walk to see the turtles and the seals, watch the whales breach, snorkel and one of the most interesting coves, and body surf/boogieboard on one of the Local inlets. you will not be disappointed!

We traveled with our adult kids and had a great time. The house was close to the beach and we had a great time boogie boarding, sitting on the deck watching the waves and hiking. The house had plenty of beach chairs and beach towels. Steve is great at making sure you have everything you need. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Poipu Getaway

The owner, Steve, was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The home was perfect…well equipped and had everything you’d ever need. The location cannot be beat. The playground, the beach, the pickleball court, the turtles, restaurants within walking distance…all in all one of the most relaxing vacations we’ve ever had. We were all so happy to be there (5 adults, 1 toddler). Thank you.

Great location for enjoying the beach

Spacious house located across the street from Poipu Beach made enjoying beach time and sunsets each evening very easy. Large deck with ocean view was great for sitting outside to watch and hear the ocean as we played games, relaxed and chatted.

Beautiful place-great location

We loved this spacious beach house. The property is well taken care of. Great location and short walk to the park and beach to see the green sea turtles and Monk seals. The house had everything we needed to enjoy the beach. My wife and I especially loved leaving the louvered windows open and hearing the ocean at night. Loved our stay.
