I've stayed here many times. The place is clean, beautiful, comfortable, centrally located to access bike trails, restaurants, Northampton. The sheets and towels are high quality, which you don't always get with a rental. Rebecca is a respectful, responsive host. I love it here.

We enjoyed staying at this property. It's very easy to get around Northampton from here and also a walkable neighborhood. It's in a peaceful neighborhood, above street level view, so we had views of the June foliage from the front window.

Lovely, spacious one bedroom apartment, complete with a small front porch. So much attention had gone into this renovation: skylights in the bedroom, excellent shower, good lighting, fully equipped kitchen with some staples like cooking oil, easy off street parking, pillows with different levels of firmness. Good location, just a few blocks from downtown Florence. I didn’t try to use the TV so can’t comment on it. I enjoyed my 5 night stay and would happily stay at this property again.

This is probably our favorite Vrbo. It's so clean and comfortable, with nice lighting. Spacious, airy, nice walk-in closet and good shower. Rebecca is a wonderful host and easy to communicate with. We loved our stay!

This is a very comfortable and well furnished apartment. Full kitchen with everything you could possibly need. Easy to load in whether using the stairs or wheeling your luggage up the driveway and across the path. Having a dedicated parking space is a real plus. I highly recommend staying here!

Loved my stay here. Cute place and walkable distance to the quaint town of Florence. It was easy to get into Northampton and Amherst too where I was dropping my daughter off for school. Host Rebecca was easy to communicate with and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable in a great location

We had a great stay in Northampton. The place is quiet, clean and very comfortable. Rebecca is a great host and very responsive. The location is perfect. Very walkable and close to different hikes in the area.

Beautiful apartment with kitchen and dishwasher, walk in shower, laundry, and mini split AC in the bedroom which was so comfortable in the hot summer. Nice sheets and comfortable bed, and plenty of fluffy towels. Rebecca answered right away when I asked how to take out my trash. Two minor possible improvements - the kitchen has a slight mildewy smell which seems to be coming from the black iron grate in the floor (perhaps the heating ducts?). And the stairs up to the unit are very very dark at night. While there is an automatic porch light, it doesn’t turn on till you are all the way up to the top of the stairs. While I had a flashlight it was hard to hold that and groceries and get up the stairs…overall a great stay and would stay again!

Perfect stay!

Rebecca is lovely and her suite is ideal. The suite is much roomier than the photos suggest. Everything we needed was provided. We will definitely rent here if we find ourselves back in Northampton.

Cool place to stay!

Lovely place and Rebecca was very welcoming. We felt at home. It was hot weather and we stayed cool in this unit with very little use of the air conditioning. Kitchen had everything we could need! That was a plus Very grateful for our stay at Rebecca’s
