With 3 bedrooms including 3 King sized beds, along with King Size pull out mattress, featuring a jetted bathtub, this cozy space is perfect for a relaxing getaway. The additional living room space with a king bed provides extra comfort for your stay. We think our place will help you experience everything Helen has to offer. Lie in the provided Hammock, right on the river and engage with the tubers floating by! Build long lasting family & friends memories! We have put so much love into this condo and constantly improving. We hope you will want to come back yearly! Every Season has so much going on and to do!

This is one of the best properties we’ve ever stayed at! The location was in the middle of everything for a short walk around Helen, and even the smallest room had a fireplace, balcony, and personal bathroom. The king pullout couch was perfect for the kids and if the weather was warmer, our family would have loved the balconies and hot tub! Even the little details were thoughtfully planned. The owners had everything covered, including a charging station, coffee, koozies for cold drinks, and Christmas bedding! The Alexa was easy to use for music, and the TV was dummy proof. The owner was friendly and accommodating. Would definitely come here again or to another property from these owners. Thanks so much!

This property is a gem!! Absolutely the best hosts! Their communication was quick and friendly. This stay felt like home. So many amenities!! So many details to this stay that make it perfect. We actually loved the little signs throughout the home. Having a bathroom for each bedroom when staying with multiple couples was key. We enjoyed the hot tub in the evening too! Easy access to Oktoberfest! Kitchen is fully stocked. Garage has access to chairs, cornhole and more. I cannot say enough great things about this stay! An absolute must stay! Will be back next year!!

Our recent stay at Riverside Trout Cottage was a memorable experience, particularly for the six adults and our four-month-old. While there were a few drawbacks, the overall charm and amenities of the property made our getaway enjoyable.One of the standout features of Riverside Trout Cottage is its location. The property offers stunning views and easy access to downtown. It’s just .04 miles to the center of downtown, which made exploring the area convenient. The size of the property was perfect for our group. We had ample space for everyone. The highlight for many of us was the hot tub. However, we did encounter some discomfort with the beds. The mattresses were not as comfortable as we had hoped. A good night's sleep is crucial, especially with a baby in tow, and this aspect was a bit disappointing for us.ConclusionOverall, Riverside Trout Cottage offers a wonderful retreat with its luxurious feel, ideal location, and beautiful views. Despite the uncomfortable beds, the charm of the property, the kindness of the host and the amenities made for a memorable trip. We can definitely see ourselves returning to this lovely condo. If you’re looking for a spacious, beautiful place to stay in Helen, this cottage is a solid choice—just be prepared for a few restless nights!

We are from Gainesville, Ga. Not far, but we were always in the Mountains. We love hiking and being close to the River. My wife and I wanted a place to take our children and Grands. We don’t allow phones or iPads during the day.

Why they chose this property

Getting a River property in Helen is nearly impossible. We have private access to the river, so peaceful. We love to interact with people floating by as we sit by the river. My wife loves the hammocks I set up between the trees! The stress just melts away!

What makes this property unique

Three screened porches, very close to the Chattahoochee river and hearing the water is amazing. We enjoy our Coffee and just spending quality time has been incredible. We have a Trout theme and have totally redecorated everything. The Hot Tub on the second deck, especially with the auto lights really gives a relaxing atmosphere. We are wanting our guests to experience this and hoping they will book every year!
