Villa Arya is a new and modern villa set to provide you with an unforgettable holiday in Croatia. With a big swimming pool, sunbench area, roof hot tub, sauna and a gym, it is an ideal place for anyone, where you can leave your worries behind, relax and enjoy the beauty of the nature. The villa is close to the sea (only 400 metres away) but also secluded on a top of a small hill for your privacy. Don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions. Hope to see you soon!

From the villa you have direct access to a beautifully decorated garden and a terrace with a big barbecue, where you can enjoy your freshly made dishes. The swimming pool area and the roof hot tub are the main attractions. They offer a perfect place for sunbathing and relaxing in the sun while enjoying a breathtaking view of the mountains, the sea and the islands. If you would like to go bathing in the sea or sunbathing on the beach, the nearest beach is just 500 metres away.

We cannot fault the villa or the owners. Villa was beautiful, it was great having lots of separate areas so groups could do their own thing. Hot tub was very hot and the pool was a perfect way to cool down. We spent a lot of time in the undercover seating area by the pool and the teens loved the x-box. The gym was well used, as was the bbq (thank you for providing the charcoal).

Amazing Villa

Absolutely amazing villa! Have stayed in many short term rentals and this is the best by far. Super clean - owners were super friendly, responsive and went above and beyond. And the villa has every convenience you could wish for. Our group of 10 had the best time.

Beautiful Villa Arya!

Simply stunning villa, with absolutely everything you could need. A short walk to the beach, with crystal clear waters and numerous Restaurants, Cafés and water sports. We ate at the water’s edge several evenings á la Shirley Valentine! Bus runs every 30 minutes into Split from the bottom of the road and is extremely cheap. Lovely little cafe and Supermarket just around the corner. Hosts were extremely friendly and there to greet us at the villa, despite over a three hour delay. Simply could not fault the villa and we would all love to return one day!

This is a fabulous property with superb outside spaces.

The villa is so well thought out and Ljubo couldn’t have been more helpful. There was even a pool volleyball net provided which added to our enjoyment. It is great for mixed groups as there are lovely communal areas were everyone can comfortable sit while having lots of little hiding holes for some P&Q. Easy to get and out of Split and excellent local restaurants. Lots or thoughtful little touches, including sun beds with drinks trays, which makes the villa seem extra special. Ljubo also makes sure basics are provided when you get there so you can settle in without needing to rush to the shops. Would highly recommend it!

The nicest we have ever rented!

I will comment first on how nice it was to work with the owners. They really cared about us having a great stay and tried in every way to help us. We booked a private Sail with Sunburst Sailing. We had an unbelievable spa day at the nearby Marriott. The owner built the house and the finishes are very high grade. Very well built and beautiful. They were ready to help us with anything. Our 20th anniversary was spent in the right place! Thank you again for sharing your home with us. I hope we can return someday. Robert and Linda

Stunning Villa - perfect hosts - beautiful rooftop views

Truly one of the best maintained Villas we’ve stayed in. A family of 7, plenty of room - effectively 2 huge apartments on top of each other with Netflix on giant TVs (that’s the teenagers sorted), and the best rooftop views with hot tub & sunbeds. Ljubo was perfect host - nothing was too much trouble, from taking us local food shopping on Day 1 to cooking a wonderful local dish one evening. We were even greeted with huge plates of cold meat & cheeses. Great hospitality. All high end appliances, and furniture throughout. Photos don’t do it justice! Short walk to beach (7 minutes timed!) all downhill ... the walk back slightly more challenging in the heat, and the last 50 yards or so the incline up is almost vertical for the first few yards - helped walk off the beach bar food! Short stroll along to Le Meridien Hotel where we hired tennis court, and had dinner in one of their Marina fronted restaurants. Highly recommend local restaurant Konoba Argoyla in the hills for sunset views - recommended by Ljubo. Short drive into Split town centre - Uber was brilliant out here getting us around. Thoroughly recommend this Villa for large groups or two families to share; so much space. Thank you Ljubo & family - a lovely holiday; wish we could’ve stayed longer than a week! Would definitely return.

Holiday at Villa Arya - just like in a paradise

When we arrived, our wonderful host Ljubo met us at the house and walked us through the amazing villa letting us know all the needed details for a nice stay in Villa Arya. We arrived a little later in the evening so we felt us very welcomed when we - to our surprise - found fruits, juice, fresh local bread, prosciutto and cheese in the fridge. Villa Arya fulfilled all our expectations. It was spotlessly clean and the different rooms and spaces both inside and outside were just amazing. The beds were big and comfortable and there were several spacious bathrooms enough even for a bigger group like ours (4 couples + 2 persons). The kitchens were perfectly equipped and the living rooms were spacious and cozy. The nearest shop was only a few minutes-walk from the house and about 10 minutes to walk to the nearest bus stop and the beach. Our host was very warm, friendly and helpful. It was easy to communicate via a WhatsApp group which our host set up for us. He answered always very quickly to our questions and requests. We appreciated very much the hospitality of our host: he even managed to arrange a late check-out so we could enjoy the beach and Villa Arya even during our last day in Croatia instead of wandering around the town with all our luggage for the whole day. Our host family even surprised me by a delicious homemade birthday cake. We can warmly recommend Villa Arya to everyone travelling with a bigger group. We can't thank enough Ljubo and his family.

A jewel of a villa in an authentic Croatian holiday resort

It is hard to write a review to express how wonderful the Villa Arya is! It really is as gorgeous as the pictures suggest but what they don't capture is the wonderful atmosphere. It is such a special place! The first thing to say is that it is absolutely spotless and has everything you could possibly need, especially if you are a keen cook. We were a party of 10 - 4 adults and 6 teenagers (aged 15 to 19) and we all loved it. It worked very well for two families as there are two apartments. We took an apartment per family but all cooked together in the downstairs apartment as it is better equipped and has access to the outside table and BBQ. I found the hosts charming and extremely helpful. Every request was answered within minutes. On arrival, we were delighted to find the most amazing selection of bread, cheese and charcuterie and drinks in the fridge. Ljubo took the time to take us around the villa to show us all the amenities, of which there are many. Everything was just perfect! A highlight for the teenagers was the gym, sauna and pool. I loved the shaded outdoor sofa area which was perfect for reading and chilling. We all loved the rooftop sofas, sunbeds and hot tub. Podstrana has a range of restaurants and bars and we walked down to the beach most days for a coffee, drink or meal. Split was easily accessible by bus which cost a couple of Euro. Thank you! We had a wonderful week and would love to return next year!

The BEST villa we've ever stayed in.

Immaculately clean, high standard, no broken or worn furnishings, tech - Netflix & Xbox, and brilliant hosts ... Ljubo and Zjelka are friendly, and as owners really care about the guest experience. The Villa is absolutely perfect for 2 families, as its essentially 2 mirror flats, with a hot tub on the roof and gym on the bottom, so you can have group, or separate family time without being on-top of each other (not a likelihood as this villa is big !). Location is great for beach and restaurants. There's a very close shop for essentials and morning bakery items, and found we didn't need to go far (only into Split once) as Podstrana has pretty much got it all. Plus the road traffic can be pretty bad ...it reminded my of Spain 25 years ago when infrastructure hadn't caught up with demand. One of best ever holidays - very much down to the Villa !

Hervorragendes Objekt in super Lage! Alles perfekt! sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Eigentümer!!

Bereits als wir ankamen wurden wir sehr freundlich mit Getränken empfangen. Wir durften uns in der Lounge des Hauses setzen, da wir etwas früher vor Ort waren und das Haus noch nicht fertig geputzt war. Nach kurzer Wartezeit, wurden wir sehr freundlich vom Eigentümer durch das Haus geführt, und uns wurde jedes Detail erklärt. In jeder Partei war im Kühlschrank ein Aufschnitt mit Schinken und Käse. Ebenfalls war Milch Orangensaft und Wasser vorhanden. Handtücher, Klopapier, Musikbox (JBL), Waschmittel, Muskitomittel alles war bereits im Haus. Das Haus an sich ist perfekt es fehlt an nichts!! Sehr nah am Meer. Die Terasse liegt absolut ideal Regen und Windgeschützt. Und der Blick von der Dachterasse ist atemberaubend schön. Vorallem mit Ergänzung des Whirpools. Wir waren 8 erwachsene Personen und 2 Babys. Wir waren durch die 2 geteilten Parteien auf 2 Stockwerken immer getrennt von einander sodass sich niemand gestört fühlte. An einem Abend gab es ein Orginal Dalmatisches Essen das sehr gut war. Die 2 Wochen in diesem Haus halten wir ausschließlich Positiv in Gedanken. Vielen Dank an die überaus freundlichen Vermieter

Fantastic, luxurious & really friendly

This villa really has to be experienced to be believed. The location set on top of a hill overlooking the sea is glorious from the roof tub hot tub, and it’s also really peaceful. Perfect for a large family, the two apartments within the villa can be locked separately. There are two huge living spaces and a brilliant outdoor area with a covered canopy for shade, and a lovely BBQ and dining area. All mod cons are available and the owners have furnished to a really high standard. Everything is good quality and we really only had to buy food and drink, everything else is there. Plenty of towels and linen (plus pool towels), and the pool itself is a perfect size. We took 4 children and had to drag them out of it every night! The owners themselves couldn’t have been more helpful and kind. It was two of the childrens’ birthdays while we were there and they even came up with a homemade cake! So sweet. They are also on hand for advice and tips for days out and places to eat. The villa is walkable to a variety of bars and restaurants but the hill is steep on the way back. All in all we had the BEST holiday and couldn’t recommend it more. We’ll be back! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽’

Fantastic villa shame about the weather!

Very nice property, furniture and fittings to a high standard. Everything you need and more. Found as described online- cannot fault villa or hosts. Very attentive hosts nothing too much trouble. Answered queries promptly and even booked a taxi late notice for us. Excellent recommendations re local restaurant “juna” . Met us at villa even though flight had been delayed to show us around and explain how everything worked. The meat , cheese bread fruit and wine on arrival were appreciated as was the Croatian meal served on a day to suit us. Hosts went the extra mile providing us with a Birthday cake for my mum’s 80th! Overall fab accommodation and host - would certainly recommend to big groups.

Villa Arya is by far the best villa we have ever stayed in as a family and Ljubo and Zjelka are the most attentive and considerate hosts. The advert does not to justice to the beautiful quality and outstanding facilities. The previous positive reviews ask the question is this going to be too good to be true.... It's not!! Just perfect

This Villa is just wonderful, very new and finished to an extremely high standard with every little detail carefully considered. We were two families of 4 with teenagers. The Villa has been cleverly designed so that we could have all the doors open and treat it as one large space or close each individual flat for privacy. The pool was gorgeous, with lots of thoughtful outdoor seating for those wanting sun or shade. The views from the top floor hot tub were wonderful , stretching over the bay - particularly spectacular at night. Smart TV with Netflix and a games room (with PS and football table) were welcomed by the teenagers It is a very short 10min walk to and from the beach , bakery and mini market (the hill is only steep for the last 50m). There are lots of restaurants and bars on the beach and even more at the marina - a futher 5 mins walk. What made this Villa extra special were the wonderful owners who were just fantastic. They welcomed us with plates of cheese, ham and fresh fruit on arrival and also went out of their way to cook us a delicious local meal whilst we were there. Nothing was too much trouble -- -Ljubo created a WhatsApp group while we were there and helped us with restaurant recommendations and bookings, local attractions and taxi hire - it was like having our own concierge for the week and was very much appreciated by us all - having local knowledge was wonderful. The local taxi firm were great and very reasonable - they took us into Split several times - we just rang 15mins before we wanted picked up. We would recommend the restaurant on the mountain side in the evening to watch the sun go down , a visit to the historic old town in Split and an Island boat tour - all wonderful. Thank you Ljubo - we won't forget our wonderful holiday and hope to return to see you soon.

Fantastic villa and fantastic hosts

This villa is a real gem and the hosts are brilliant. Ljubo set up a WhatsApp group and if there’s anything you require WhatsApp ljubo and he will do everything he can to help. The complimentary meal was a lovely touch and appreciated. My only “complaint” is the very steep hill up to the villa but as Ljubo explained if you want a lovely view you have to walk up to it. This is truly a 5 star villa for a large family and I have no hesitation in recommending this to anyone. Many thanks to Ljubo and family for making our dream holiday come true.

Everything was perfect, it was this kind of holidays that we needed!

So we had the honor to have the villa arya for two weeks. We were 8 people and when we arrived, they received us with a delicious plate of dalmatian food and made a tour in the villa to show us everything. The villa was very clean every bedroom livingroom was with a air conditioner. We had also enough Towels and in every floor a laundry machine. We had just a 10min walk to the beach or shops and had all half hour a bus to Split. The hosts were extremly friendly and very helpful if we had questions about attractions or if we needed something from the pharmacy so a big thanks to Ljubo and Zeljka.

Paradise!

We had a wonderful family girls vacation here (including 10 of us, 3 generations of women, ages 17-83 years old) . The place exceeded our expectations! It was beautiful, clean, equipped and the overall size- with 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, outdoor showers, 2 kitchens and 2 living rooms was so comfortable, with more than enough room for 10. The hosts were so warm and helpful and the generous snacks/dinner they provided were delicious! It’s a close Uber ride to Split and we were able to charter a boat from Podstrana to see the islands too. The walk to the beach and village store, bakery etc. is close but there is a steep incline on road up to villa so only the young and fit ventured it. The Uber/Taxi drivers were fine getting up and down the street and had very reasonable rates. The landscaping around this home and the views put this place over the top and Villa Arya made trip from the USA to Podstrana so worth it!!

villa arya is exceptional.

The villa has all the facilities you could possibly want. We had a group of 10 and were spoilt for space with a great outside pool area right up to the hot tub on the roof. The location is quiet and relaxing with a short walk to the beach where you can find some good places to eat. Our hosts were great and really helpful with any questions we had. Our hosts cooked us a traditional meal which was the best food we had on our trip. I couldn't say enough good things about this property and it's owners.

Our Villa is close to the sea if you want to party on the beach but also secluded if you want peace and privacy. There are breathtaking views from the roof terrace and the pool area is really great.
