Ótimo lugar para se hospedar com sua família, apartamento limpo, bem próximo da praia, tem uma vista maravilhosa que compensa tudo, barulho do mar para dormir! Devido a chuva que pegamos nos dias que ficamos o apartamento ficou com cheiro de imóvel que está a muito tempo fechado, alguns pisos estavam quebrados, mas acredito que logo será arrumado! Do mais tudo ok!

O apartamento é muito bem organizado, vários itens e utensílios na cozinha. Os quartos bem organizados também, bons colchões. A vista de ambos os quartos é maravilhosa. Não há palavras para descrever o que é dormir ouvido o mar e acordar com vista para pagamento o mar. Com certeza na próxima visita à Ubatuba, vamos nos hospedar no apartamento do Sr. Francisco e Sra. Sensacional ! Segunda vez que me hospedo em apartamento do Sr Francisco e Dona Nívia e dessa vez fui para um que ainda não conhecia. Os proprietários são de extrema confiança, o apartamento muito bem cuidado, equipado e limpo, banheiros grandes, cozinha com vários utensílios que ajudam muito... Varanda com vista maravilhosa da praia das toninhas e praia grande! O condomínio também é espetacular... Piscina adulto e infantil linda e limpa, salão de jogos enorme, quadra de esportes ( tenis e futebol ), sauna, porteiro 24 horas, ótimas garagens e até quiosque de churrasqueiras em meio a um pequeno bosque.. muto bom !!!
