The pristine interior boasts terrazzo floors throughout, a bright open kitchen with expansive Corian counters, KitchenAid appliances, and fully stocked cookware. The kitchen island and breakfast bar are perfect for family-style meals or evening cocktails. The dining table, complemented by a gas fireplace, comfortably seats 8, setting the scene for family, friends, or romantic dinners.

The living room, with a pool-facing wall of glass, features ample seating, a gas fireplace, and a 60-inch TV with access to on-demand services. Four bedrooms and three full baths offer spacious accommodations, with the master bedroom featuring a king-size bed, walk-in closet, and ensuite master bath with a unique sliding glass door in the walk-in shower providing outdoor access. The second ensuite bedroom has a queen bed and a private bath with a shower-tub combo, while the two additional bedrooms offer queen beds and ample closet space, sharing a large full bath.

The extra-large south-facing backyard is a true retreat, featuring a sprawling lawn, saline pool, large spa with a spillway, and surrounded by palms and lush greenery. Enjoy views of the San Jacinto mountains from chaise lounges, outdoor covered seating, or while grilling on the built-in gas BBQ. - Early check-in or late check-out may be available with an extra fee. Please ask for a quote. Subject to availability.
- - Pool Heating fee $125 per day, $875 per week. Weekly discount may be available April - September. Pool heating may not be available in extreme weather conditions. Pool heating fee may be adjusted in the unlikely event of extreme fluctuations in gas prices. When a fee is paid pools are heated to a max temp of 86 degrees (80-86 is normal)
- Actual utilities paid by guests for reservations 28 nights or longer. 21 nights May - October. A separate utility deposit per month will be collected. This deposit is based on the Market Price of Natural Gas and the Market Price of Electricity and will be collected post-booking. Meter reading photos are taken on the day of arrival and the day of departure. Any unused amount will be refunded at end of the stay.
You are encouraged to take your own photos of the Gas and Electric meters on arrival and departure to keep track of usage. Please be aware that SoCal Edison and SoCal Gas have some of the highest utility rates in the country so we recommend that you keep close track of your usage to avoid surprises. Utilities are charged at the Market Price of Natural Gas per therm (gas) and the Market Price of Electricity per Kilowatt (electric) and are based on the average cost of Gas and Electric in the desert at the time of stay. We do not provide private owner utility bills.
- Recommended air conditioner temp is 74 in summer, be advised anything lower can freeze the system rendering it non-functional.
- Recommended to stock the refrigerator in stages as stocking too much at one time can cause food and drink to perish.
